I love the NECCO candy, and appreciate Spangler for continuing to make it. The only issue is that the new wrapping for the wafers is so loose that many wafers are breaking up in the jostle between leaving the factory floor to hitting the customer puchase display.
Live loaded here. The people were super friendly and I was in a door immediately. Loading started within 10 minutes. They didn't require a Washout thankfully. It's a little hard to see once your trailer enters the building. But they yellow guide paint is helpful enough.
The Sweethearts candy boxes for Valentines Day are cute, but this is not the original Necco recipe. These are hard like a rock, the printed messages are missing or unreadable, they do not taste like the original recipe and they re made in Mexico. Good attempt, but you shouldn t put Original on the box, as these are not even close to the original. As a company you need to make this right or call them something else.
Choking Hazard...love starburst so was excited when i seen the new starburst pops .i grabbed a bag for the grandkids..thank God i tried them first..about half way threw it it popped right off the stick...so thought it was odd and got another and it did the same thing.so i did not give them to the kids .over the next week i had one here and there ..out of the entire bag around 90 percent of them came off the stick..tried to contact company to make them aware of issue and the lady acted like i was a joke...

I keep receiving emails from the company with coupon codes that are declined on every attempted transaction. Customer service is completely absent. No email replies and nobody ever answers the phone nor returns any calls. It's good candy until you need anything from customer service...
