Between this company and the company that we bought the timeshare through, it has been nothing but a nightmare. We purchased back in February and still do not have any paperwork. Each blaming the other. Bet you they want our money when our dues are due though. I would recommend staying far away
I am a long-term owner with a Soleil Management property. I can attest that service levels have fallen off a cliff in the past few years. Most recently, I had a service issue with the representative who took my maintenance fee payment after COVID. I called back and asked to speak with a manager. After explaining the situation to the SAME representative (who had happened to answer the 800 line again), I was put on hold. When she returned, she said her manager didn't want to talk to me. If true, a MANAGER refusing to speak with an OWNER to document a service issue is APPALLING. But how do I know this representative didn't just put me on hold then come back on with this story so as not to be documented with the service issue? In either case, they have management issues with maintaining service levels, and they are getting worse. Calling the owners services Hotline resulted in a 35 minute hold before I hung up.
I had the unfortunate experience of trying to deal with this company after they fraudulently mis-represented one of their properties I stayed at and refused to offer any type of recourse.
Basically we stayed at one of their properties in Maui which was a total dump and not at all what their website showed the place to be. I spent an hour trying to get a manager on the phone with them and the receptionist basically just flat out said no, I'm not putting one one and we are not refunding you. Eff off!
As someone who has experience with property management companies, I can't imagine anyone would want to use Soleil after witnessing the amount of incompetence displayed in both their ability to run a rental place in Maui and in their customer service.
Good properties to stay, there are 4, Tahiti Village, Tahiti Resort, Club De Soliel 1 and 2
Worked there when they were Consolidated Resorts. This was a terrible place to work. Timeshares are very high pressure sales. We worked every day of the year, saw a lot of dishonesty among the employees.
Senior Vice President at the time ruled by fear, we never liked being around her. I watched an office manager berate an employee for not being able to get a baby sitter so she could work on Christmas Day. Words cannot describe that stupidity.
I left after 11 months and less than a year later they filed for bankruptcy. Made me feel good about my decision to leave.
Great variety of usual produce and low prices. Meat is expensive. The bathroom needs some updates. It's been over a year since the toilet paper dispenser is not use and this big roll just sits on the rail. Not easy to use or very sanitary.
This company has caused so much stress and financial hardship for my family and I. My wife and I were talked into purchasing a time share and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Even during a pandemic they are unwilling to work with us or be helpful. Stay away... this is nothing but a scam.
