Very bad experience with this company. I've lost $700 doing business with them on appraisal and inspection and still didn't close the deal. Just a waste of time and money.

Absolutely fantastic! I cannot even begin to tell you how great Rachel and the team at Space & Company are! Michael Bowman worked especially hard to find me a place to live. They were hard-working, flexible, and found me a great place. They were careful about COVID and flexible when issues arose. Exceptionally professional. You should absolutely use this company for all your realty needs!

I was very interested in renting a property from this company. I had a tour of the property and was told I was the first to see it and would be the first applicant. I was told I would be sent the application later that evening after the tour. Maybe I would not be so dissatisfied if I actually had the opportunity to apply? But I did not. After reaching out numerous times, because there were a supposed 27 tours scheduled for the place that weekend alone, I was never even sent an application. The application was intentionally withheld because the lease had been already signed the morning prior to my tour by another agent. Thank you for wasting my precious time! They just so happened to forget to tell this information to one another and more importantly, me. Thank you for wasting my time, Andrew Frazier and Brooke Wilmes. Do not let the shiny, bright, and beautiful exterior of the properties fool you for there is unprofessionalism that seeps through its cracks. For future reference, you may want to work on your communication skills and learn to be honest with your clients/future applicants instead of giving them the run-around.

I cannot express enough what a fantastic home-buying experience we had working with Matt Ochs and Space & Company.

Matt's keen expertise of the Philly market, negotiation tactics, professional demeanor and lovely taste, paired with timely responses and proactive checklists, made our experience enjoyable and easy.

We closed during the COVID pandemic and safety was a top priority for Matt and Space & Company, with their team always wearing masks and walking us through our closing process virtually.

I am thoroughly pleased with my experience with Space & Co, particularly the dedication of Real Estate Agent, Consuela Franks. She went absolutely above and beyond, meeting with me often as I searched for homes, helping me with everything from explaining jargon on documents I would need to sign to communicating with the builder and adjusting my water main valve even months after I had purchased the home! She was patient and helpful, (and even entertaining!) through every step in the process, and delivered more than I ever thought a real estate agent could be expected to provide! I have already recommended Consuela to my friends, and will continue to do so, as she did a fantastic job in helping me find and own my dream home!

Inconsiderate and unprofessional. Just went to look at an open house they had a sign on the door apologizing for the inconvenience the property was under contract. Remove the open house listing from the then apointernet ratherlogizing for wasting my time. I always check before going to make sure they are still on. Your time is not more important then the clients/buyers. Stay away from this business as they are unprofessional.

Space & Company did an excellent job selling my property. Liz and Celia were very attentive. I was in escrow in less than a week.

Didn't end up finding a property with this group but Liz Moyer was super helpful and went above and beyond what her duties entail. Thank you so much for all of your help.

I was beyond pleased with my experience with Space & Company, more specifically with Maria Noorigian as my realtor. Maria far exceeded my expectations; specifically with respect to her overwhelmingly kind nature and understanding in dealing with a first time renter. Maria exuded grace and charisma while walking me through the apartment, and was more than attentive in answering my questions. What s more: she delivered a house warming gift upon my having signed the lease, and then four months later sent a holiday card as well. Were I to find myself looking for an apartment again, Maria is the one I would entrust with any of my future real estate needs. I cannot speak highly enough of Ms. Noorigian. Do yourself a favor and seek her out if you find yourself in need of an apartment.

Working with them was as easy as working with friends. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and get the job done. Rachel and her team got us through the home selling process with our buyer over the last two months and they made it a breeze! Closing was so quick! Thanks Rachel and team!
