My daughter and I had a very relaxed and enjoyable spa experience. We both had amazing facials. The customer service is exceptional.

One of the best massages and facials I've ever had. Super helpful with scheduling over the phone. Definitely would recommend over some others in the area.

No knowledge of services, bad communication and poor customer service form the front desk to my service provider. After a few attempt to speak to Scott Kibourne the Spa Manager a review was my only option. The Spa gets
1 star, the robes get 2. So soft and cozy. I'll have to buy one since I won't return to this spa. Struck.

fantastic, friendly staff and lovely accommodations

We had a great couples massage here after skiing. We enjoyed the hot tubs too! A great value in Beaver Creek!

Wonderful experience all around! Every staff member I encountered was wonderful (reservations, front desk, esthetician). The spa is beautiful and has great facilities. I had a facial and pedicure, which were both amazing and relaxing, and then I spent some time lounging by the outdoor pool. I highly recommend Spa Struck, and can't wait to return!

Their new renovations are first class. Staff are friendly and hospitable. One of the best massages I have had, ever. Loved the eucalyptus steam room.

The staff went above and beyond with details to make my birthday spa day complete. Brought in cupcakes and wine to add to my celebration.

I was picked up at our lodge for my massage. Jill was my therapist & did an excellent job! I will definitely return on our next vacation.

I had a 50-minute hot stone massage by Mary, and it was excellent!

We had a pretty terrible experience here. We had signed up for a couples massage. 10 minutes before, they cancelled and said they could only do one massage after the other.

After changing our dinner plans to accommodate their last minute cancellation, we went one by one. We had paid for the Stress Relief massage (mixture of deep tissue, Swedish, reflexology, and aromatherapy). When my friend came out (from the first massage), he said that he only got a Swedish massage with no aromatherapy. Before I went to my massage, I double checked with the front desk that we were paying for the stress relief massage and asked that she ensure it's what I would get.

What did I get? A sad excuse for a massage with nothing from the Stress Relief package. When I asked if we could at least only pay for the basic massage (since that's all we got) they were extremely hesitant and rude. I do not recommend this place.
