Quiet and peaceful, SpaDreams Day Spa is a wonderful way to spend your birthday. My husband gave me a gift certificate for a Swedish Massage and it was one of the best gifts! Jennifer was very good at focusing on areas that needed a little extra work to loosen the knots. I walked out feeling relaxed and smelling of lavender. The atmosphere was comforting and safe and the staff was very pleasant. I will definitely be coming back.

I was given a gift certificate for a Swedish massage, mani/pedi, and facial to Spa Dreams, and I had never been before. From the moment I emailed to book my appiintment, my experience was completely positive. Kristen worked with me to set my appointment time, helped me determine gratuity in advance so that I would be prepared, and was completely professional. For each of my services, the different providers were friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. My massage was so amazing I felt like jello. My mani/pedi was refreshing and for the first time ever for me, didn't hurt and was gentle around my nails. My facial was wonderful. She asked questions about my routine and helped me determine products to help my most recent skin issues. I was so fuzzy from my wonderful pampering that I had forgotten halfway through my services Id slipped my engagement ring off and into my robe pocket. When I realized it at checkout, Kristen and the sweet lady who completed my facial helped me retrace my steps and found the ring for me in my robe pocket--- even after I couldn't find it in my panic. I'm so grateful for my experience today and for their excellent service and remaining calm in my fuzzy-headed panic.

I have been getting my massages at Spa Dreams for 6 years now. The treatments never disappoint. The atmosphere is relaxing and zen. The staff is very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also, I'm always impressed with how clean Spa Dreams is - that's important to me. I recommend Spa Dreams for the whole experience and great prices. With many other services in addition to massage, they have something for everyone. Pamper yourself...like I do. It's habit forming.

My experience at this spa was amazing from start to finish The facility itself was clean and relaxed while the staff were kind and professional. I received a body facial which was simply perfect! The lady that performed the treatment was wonderful and did a great job. I will be coming back here again for any future treatments :)

Jennifer rocks! She was extremely friendly and professional. I received the 90 minute deep tissue massage a week ago due to stress of wedding planning and work. I felt 100% relaxed after! I will definitely be going back for a couples massage in my very near future.

Such a treat. My wife and I did a couples massage for Valentine's and were treated like a king and queen. I highly recommend this spa for a couples day or just a day for yourself. My wife rebooked for a facial the next time she goes.

My husband and I went for a couples massage and facials. They had a Facebook promo running so it would only be $50 per person per service, so $200 for the both of us. When I booked my appointment, I was informed that they automatically add on gratuity, which I am not a big fan of, I stressed my discomfort with automatically paying a gratuity as most people who are guaranteed a tip, don't perform as they should because they don't have to earn it. They insisted that they only add the gratuity because some people don't tip on the full amount, which I can totally understand, and that their staff treats everyone as if they have to earn their tip. So we booked it. Upon arrival, staff was very friendly and their was a calming atmosphere. Our facials were awesome, my husband's massage was great, but my massage was awful. I felt as though I just paid for someone to rub my back, rather work out my knots. We emailed the owner to let them know I was dissatisfied, there response was that they would extend the promo through the end of November.... a savings of $10. She then went on to tell me that the massage I received was the way the massage therapists are told to do them, my husband's therapist went above and beyond which is not what she should have done. This was not my first professional massage, but it was the most pathetic. The one my husband received was the industry standard, but apparently not their standard. If their standard is a back rub, and you are looking for a massage, I'd recommend you go elsewhere.

Amazing experience today at SpaDreams! Had an epicurean facial with Ashley which was phenomenal and both a body facial and Swedish massage from Jennifer. Very professional, I definitely will be going back to visit these ladies soon!

Bought a gift card for my pregnant wife but she had the baby early and wasn't able to use it right away. Now its over a year and the OWNER of Spa Dreams will not let her use the gift card. My wife has been waiting for the right time to use this relaxing day and now she can't use it. I spent $150 cash with their business but they don't care to try and help.

Disappointing that their customer service is so bad. Beware.

I used to only go here to buy gift certificates for my wife for her birthday and Mothers Day. Then one day my wife returned the favor and got one for me...now I go once a month and can t fathom going without my monthly massages from Jennifer. Highly recommend!

As always the massage by Jennifer and facial by dawn are second to none. I have been going here for 10 plus years and have not been disappointed yet. The ladies at the front are very cordial, to the relaxation room before my service to the no pressure to buy products like the other spas around town. Seeing a family owned business make it the way they have is a joy to see.

Adam and Dawn are awesome. I've been seeing the pair for massage and facials for several months, and the service is always great. Adam is professional and through. Dawn always has great pointers on skin care. Will continue to see them.

My wife was unable to use gift card. Purchased a $150.00 gift card for mothers day and low and behold - she's a busy mama and years went by without making an appt. Didn't throw it away though assuming a small business would value customers and recognize they value of their money spent.

So today I decided to ask if they would honor the gift certificate they sold as I decided to take matters into my own hands and book her an appt as she's never had time to do it herself. And they declined. Asked if they could at least help with a discount or coupon or partial value or anything; I mean gosh I paid $150.00 to this company and they took it to the bank for doing nothing but offering a promise of future service.... They kindly told me they could not help me in any way as it had "expired" and started talking about their special of the month running now - as if they could not see how someone would be upset losing $150.00.

Now I've got this bad taste in my mouth even if I wanted to make an appt. Just feel a little used and wondering how many others have lost their money to this company. More sad still as gift certificates are of course typically gifts meant to bring someone happiness. So for that reason wanted to post here as a general caution for others.

I ve been here a few times now and even have a sort of schedule. The service is great and Jennifer gives a great massage. In particular they chat with you first to see what parts of your body needs the most attention.

The place is spotless and so welcoming! We had massages, manicure, pedicure, facials and body scrubs. -- each person had two services and everyone was well pleased. Best spa ever! It's clean and staff are very professional. Its so serene once you step inside. I usually get a 90 minute massage/60 minute facial. So relaxing. Dawn usually does my facial and she is the absolute BEST!!!! I will continue to go here for my massages. I recommend this spa to anyone!

I loved the massage. Today was my first time here but definitely not my last. Lisa was so great she relieved pain my chiropractor couldn't/didn't. Also the team was very nice and welcoming.

It was so nice, very upscale like at a nice resort. They were very busy but I felt like I was the only one there. They have a full body facial where they use a nice scrub with warm water, soft music, you dry off and then they massage body butter into your skin I was so relaxed and my skin was baby soft. Great service to start the winter.
The prices are super I was never rushed from one room to another and their services are a full hour instead of 50 mins. I was waiting for someone to start selling me stuff like they usually do and ruin my day but they don't do that here so my day was perfect! I did buy some cute stuff they had upfront but I chose to.
I will be back for a girls day for my birthday.

Sadly the massage therapy has gone severely down hill since Adam left. The last massage I had was not good at all, not even a tiny bit. I mentioned to the staff upfront, but was told to try the other therapist. I also had a facial and the lady who did my facial talked through the entire thing, it was anything but relaxing. I have since gone to Renew.

This spa is beyond amazing... The service is impeccable and the team members are very professional making sure you are comfortable and relaxed. The prices are very reasonable as well.

Great experience all around. Very clean, relaxing and friendly. I had a Swedish massage with Jennifer. It was great, my shoulders were relaxed and I felt wonderful for the rest of the day. I will certainly be coming back.

I was asked, 30 mins before my original appointment to come later for 3:15pm appt. How is that my 60 minute massage didn't last 40 minutes? Got in the spa room at 3:30, asked more questions by the therapist. She left the room for me to undress at 3:35pm. My massage was over at 4:15pm. The therapist talked the whole time - no, I don't want to answer questions while getting a massage, just want to relax and release. And I needed a massage and not just oil rubbed on my body. The front desk person couldn't give me a clear answer as to when my hour starts - walking in the front door or walking in the therapy room. But she was helpful in filling out the gratuity envelope for me to leave for the therapist. How about you right the correct name on the envelope? When I told her that wasn't my name she wrote on the envelope she questioned me about what my name is. Hmmm.
