As a small business that depends on computer technology, having the team at Spa Computers at the end of the 'phone gives us real peace of mind. Not only are they able to respond to questions when we ask and, importantly, help us to understand the answers, they have also steered us through upgrades and additions that we have recently made. Very happy and impressed.

Great Fireside gathering, nice beards from the employees. Especially Sam the clerk. Lovely place to repair your broken systems.

Took over a month to get my computer back to me and after all that it wasn't even fixed. Not sure what took so long if nothing was getting sorted.
I only ever had updated about my PC after phoning and after each time I was pretty much told to wait

I had a broken laptop screen. I was told you guys were looking for a replacement, no updates ever unless I called (one time I could hear you guys talking about how it hadn't been looked at yet - this was after you had the laptop for over a week and a half)

So yeah to summarise my initial review is accurate and no mistakes were made

We use Spa Computers for looking after our Server, they are very reliable and always offer the best solution.

I cannot stress enough how polite, professional, competent and accommodating the staff are here. I'd recommend them in a heart-beat for all your needs, be they big or small.

Following issues with my MacBook Pro becoming increasingly slow, the guys at spa computers helpfully provided me with options of upgrades that could be done to combat this. They completed the work in a time efficient way, kept me updated with progress, and my laptop has been working much better since!

We have had a full office system fitted by Spa Computers and it is working great which also includes the backup help when required.

My laptop died while on holiday and I took it to Spa Computers after reading all the great reviews. They had it for a couple of days and when I went in to check on it, they said they were still working on the diagnosis which was fine but then said that they thought it might be the motherboard and if so, they would have to send it away at extra cost to me (90 GBP) and it would take a couple of weeks to diagnose/repair. First of all, what computer shop doesn't replace motherboards in their shop (should be a common repair) and who can live without their computer for weeks for them to send it off. After hearing that, I retrieved my laptop and brought it across the street to Computer Solutions. They fixed my laptop the very same day for 100 GBP. Spa Computers was going to charge 50 GBP to diagnose and then another 90 GBP to send off if motherboard and then charge who knows how much for the actual repair itself. The guys are perfectly friendly but I DO NOT recommend them for repairs.

Helpful and knowledgeable a good alternative to some of the larger computer repair services in Leamington Spa.

Colins-IT have been my IT specialist for more than five years and have always been able to work with me in good time and at a price that makes working with them a no-brainer. Colin looks after his staff so that they put the customer and the business first.

If you have a computer problem please go this place. Very approachable, friendly and prompt service. Took my Macpro for servicing and got it fixed at a nominal price.

I bought my computer originally from Spa computers some 4 years ago. They set it up to meet my criteria. It needed a general declutter and an update of the anti virus program. I use my computer for work and emails etc and I am glad that they are speaking 'my language' at Spa computers even though I am less than fluent with their computer language. At some other shops
(larger- not to be named) this can lead to question marks on everyone's forehead, but not that many answers!

SPA Computers is staffed by knowledgeable and friendly people. They do the job with the minimum of fuss at a very reasonable price. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Spa Computers were able to help us with emergency repairs and replacement equipment quickly and at a reasonable cost - always with Friendly and professional service - Recommend highly!

The staff were nice enough, but a laptop I brought in that was in working order wasn't functional by the time I got it back. Despite this, I was still charged.

Took 2 laptops - 1 to have Windows 10 put on, the other to see if could do same or copy documents across. Took just over a week but had to keep ringing to check progress. Also still waiting for paperwork though have paid. Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Bought 2 bespoke PCs. Sound advice on desired specs. All set up and ready to go. Dealt with a couple of follow up issues I had finding way around the (new to me) software in a friendly, efficient and helpful manner.

Handed my laptop in for a clean up and turned out it needed a new hardrive - Spa computers sorted this out within days. They were really clear about what needed doing and how much it would cost. Super helpful and no hidden charges - my laptop was in very safe hands :)

Very helpful, down-to-earth staff with fair policies and prices; went in for a laptop assessment/repair and they were very open and honest with options and prices, keeping me fully informed throughout. They were unable to repair my water-damaged laptop but did manage to save all of my data and transfer it onto a caddy, and everything was resolved within the hour I paid for. I'm very happy with the service I received and highly recommend this company.

They built a Virtual Reality editor / workstation for us from a specification given by a VR expert. They were extremely patient as we squeezed this spec into our budget. This was in July and they continue to provide first class support.

Initially took my iMac back to Western Computers where i bought it from for repair. They refused to look at it due to its age! Popped into Sap Computers and left it with them for a few days and its back as good as new. In fact better than new with a hard drive upgrade. Really good value and very friendly service. Highly recommended.

Really efficient, got my MacBook Pro (2012) back in three working days after having the hard drive and wire replaced when it began to slow down. Top job.

I had spilt coffee on my Apple Macbook Air and it basically died. I took it to Spa Computers and was greeted with a welcoming smile and very helpful man. for such a low cost which they quoted the next couple of days they had cleaned it all out and fixed my laptop. It was actually working better than before!

What was also great about these guys was that they reassured me that if they could not get my laptop alive again, they could retrieve all of the documents and data and back it up onto a hard drive for me for NO EXTRA COST!

Very highly recommend over anywhere else in the local area.

When the internet went down in our shop (which we rely on to run everything) I walked over to Spa Computers to ask for help. Sam immediately got up from his desk and came over to investigate. The entire service from Colin and the team was fantastic and the final cost was less than anticipated.

This very friendly place looked at my printer for me. They sent away for parts, fitted them but because the machine still didn't work sent the original part back and replaced it to ensure it worked. They kept me informed at all stages of the process and their charge was really good. Very competitive rates and great service

Awful experience. Poorly informed staff, clumsy desk clerk dropped my hard drive, extremely disappointing communication either through email or phone. Charged for work that never materialised into any form of recovery (left feeling robbed). Still waiting to be advised when my hard disk will be returned. NEVER GOING TO USE AGAIN AND NEVER GOING TO RECOMMEND TO USE.

So; I'm tech-savvy enough to attempt building my own PCs. Not necessarily tech-savvy enough to get it right - only done it a couple of times before. For my latest creation, I acquire all the parts online and start putting them together. I install the CPU and RAM and test it; I should see BIOS. I see nothing. I fiddle and fettle - nothing.

I need help.

Now, some places would get shirty about dealing with a build that wasn't theirs. Not these guys. Were happy to invite me in to take a look. So down I pop to Campion Terrace. I walk in and the rear curtain is pinned back showing a work area strewn with random bits of half-built PC. Good start - these guys know how to do actual stuff. Looking good.

We put my half-built malaised motherboard on the worktop - it's fiddled with a bit, and fired up - and it is swiftly brought to BIOS. Looking fantastic now! (Note to peeps - when it says to push your DIMM modules into the mobo hard, push them harder than I did!).

Result = happy PC and happy PC user who would definitely recommend Spa Computers.

I dealt with Harrison and Sam and they were both extremely helpful. Sam, in particular, was very knowledgable and patient.

I came to SPA computers due to it's collection of high review and it surely deserved it. I came to get my macbook keyboard and trackpad fixed as it stopped functioning and even though the problem reappeared when I got back home they were welcoming to attempt the repair again free of charge and now in the span of a few day I am able to type this review.

Bought new computer and screen on which they downloaded information from old one. Very pleased with that service and they also came and installed it for us. All of which would have given them a five star rating. But their internal communication needs to be improved. Pity a few tweaks and they would be there.

Spa Computers were brilliant when sorting out a battery for our tablet. Communication could not have been better: constantly informing us of each step in the process and updating us of costs involved. We will not go anywhere else in the future.

Poor advice and no response to my complaint. Took in my laptop for running slow and told it was a full hard drive and sold a larger drive. Issue still there and now told laptop is too old. Why not tell me that on the first visit so I can make an informed decision and not waste my money? I can see the owner likes to give sarcastic replies to bad reviews or dismiss them as fake so I m expecting something back but why not reply to my emails and deal with my complaint correctly??
