Fernanda gets 5 starts for sure! She was kind, patient professional and understanding. The problem is with the spa. My fist laser appointment counted as a session when the manager said not to do the session that day. Appointments were rescheduled/cancelled without notification. The lack communication with each other and for some reason they don t know how to count. Never in my life had I experienced such terrible service. If you decide to go through Spa Black be prepared to have bad customer service.
This office has rescheduled my appointment with out my knowledge. First started up stairs with a package deal of over 4000 dollars did not communicating when the office is closed. One day I was sitting in the office then they sent me a text message saying they can't accept me 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment which I have been there for 10 minutes already. Then we decide let's do surgery,so we go to that office. I get it we had snow and power outages n one contacted us about any rescheduling or to give us updates, but I figured hey they're probably having issues also. We wait a week after the snow storm then we have to call the office.they then tell us that they have been having to reschedule everyone yes I get it. We also purchased their success kit which we started the first time then was told we can't get another one a refund for it because it's our choice to bu, but it's not our choice to reschedule. We finally got our new date the morning f our so called procedure I could remember 11:30 or 12. I decedid to give them a call and yet again I'm rescheduled again . No one called me , messaged me, even left a voicemail for any of this I initiated all contact. My procedure cost over 15,0000 you would think they would have a better system and communication with all of his clients. Just unprofessional.
I have been seeing the best Injectionist I have ever had at Spa Black! Rebekah goes above and beyond for me in her precision and expertise. I absolutely love seeing her and the amazing results she achieves for me every time I look in the mirror. She s THE best and I recommend all my friends and family to her for beauty services. Is it normal to offer a marriage proposal to your injector because your lip filler looks that amazing? Probably not...but I did because Nurse Rebekah did such a fabulous job that I really couldn't help myself. Lip filler is something I have considered for years and after seeing her excellent work on others and online, I knew she was the right injector for me. If you've been on the fence about injections, let me tell you right now not to wait because you will just fall in love with your results. Rebekah keeps the integrity of your lips and their shape but just makes them So Much Better. An artist.
My overall experience at Spa Black was AWESOME!! From my initial call to schedule as a new patient to checking out.. I like that I was able to be seen right away and have any concerns answered right then.. I was nervous because it was my 1st time doing lip fillers but after just the first 2 minutes of meeting my provider, Rebekah she made me confident in my decision and I've never been so happy with the instant results of fillers ... She is very very knowledgeable and professional and gives that positive vibe that you need throughout your entire visit.. She is all about safety and gives you a number to call anytime if you have any concerns or experiences with her treatment, which is great compared to other places where they just want to do all they can in 1 visit and not worry about side affects or after care.. I was little nervous about getting Laser Hair removal under my chin because I heard it can be painful. Though after my visit with Simone I will be returning on a regular basis. She is AWESOME! I saw Rebekah for Laser tattoo removal. Initially I was pretty nervous but she put my fears at ease almost immediately. She knew what she was talking about and was able to put things into laymen's terms of how it works and how it would feel and how many treatments it may take. She walked me through the treatment and healing process. She continued to make sure I was comfortable during the the actual tattoo removal allowing me to stop if I needed to take a break. She had ice packs at the ready and numbed me before we started with a topical cream and Ice. I saw an immediate difference in my tattoo after one treatment. It felt like a decently bad sunburn for the next few days. I cant believe how much it took off in a single treatment, my mind is pretty blown away by the results. I know it will take several more but as long as I can get it light enough for a cover up I'll be beyond pleased. Rebekah was an absolute pleasure and the office staff were all very helpful.
