My father is a client at southwestern senior care. The previous RN who ran the place was very good at communicating with and setting up schedules and getting workers for my dad. However the new management is lacking in every regard. I do not recommend company as their quality has gone down.

It s very nice location when i went there in august 2020 for my first medication appointment the waiting room is very nice and clean and my medication doctor always does an excellent job on me because he knows how to help me feel so i will be continuing to come here

I have had an excellent experience with this facility for over 3 years, as I was progressing my doctor required appointments less and less for me to get my script. I have improved so much and have been comfortable with my dosage so I assumed this was typical. I am about to run out of my script, I called to make an appointment to get refills. A man named Michael informed me that I am booted from the system because I haven t made an appointment in 6 months. He told me that I have to re do my intake and have 3 therapy sessions before seeing the doctor I ve been seeing for 3+ years. I m terrified because I only have 3 days of my prescription left. Even if I did go through the intake process again I would never be able to get my prescription in time. I am scrambling to get my script from another doctor, I have never experienced this at any other facility, over all very disappointed, I don t think my doctor would want me to stop my script without slowing decreasing my dosage.

I want to thank everyone in this office for keeping everything organized thru this epidemic and I pray for all of you and your family for good health! Thanks again for being GREAT!

My son goes here n sees Dr. Lesaca. Such a great Dr. Everyone is always so nice to us n we're usually in n out.
