I would like to express my appreciation to all staff who work on 8 floor. Their high professionalism, kindness make my stay easy and painless in my difficult time. Especially i would like to mention Maxine M., Lee, Vivian H., Alex L., physical therapists Mark and George and many many more friendly, responding and caring staff that make me feel as one family.
Cockroach invested environment. CNA Staff has no supplies to work with. Housekeeping staff does nothing, the floors and bathrooms are disgusting
Very nice and clean facility. The staff is always so pleasant and responding. If you need to put your loved one in a warm, welcoming and caring place for rehabilitation this is the place.

Thank you everyone at this rehab center was extremely professional, polite, and caring, and made my mother in law secure. The service there was excellent, and she received the highest quality of care. Her recovery was painless and effective. We are very grateful to everyone at Shore View Rehab: the nurses, the physical therapists, the speech therapy, and to Kelly the Social Worker who helped us out a lot with any questions and concerns, the staff, and everyone else who was involved in helping my mother in law get back on her feet. My 87 year old mother was put into this Rehab and Nursing facility on July 16, 2021. After my experience, I wanted to say thank you to the staff for how they treated her and my family. I saw this same care given to all the patients and their loved ones, which is a great support system to give. They always helped me when I was in need and kept contact with me when any issues would come up. I specifically would like to give thanks to the social worker, Keyla Kuliyeva, for her professionalism, being so understanding, and for always helping the families of patients. Also, I would like to give specific gratitude to the Director of Social Work, Susan London, Sergey Romanchenko from the 9th floor, and the nurses Judit, Marina, and Erica from the 9th floor as well. They were all incredibly helpful during this stressful time. Lastly, I would like to especially thank Wioletta Darmetko for her caring interactions with my mother, making sure she was always comfortable. I recommend this location to all patients and families. They were a huge help, very caring, and I could not have got through this without them.
I would personally like to express my sincere appreciation to Shore View s entire staff and administration for the excellent care I received after suffering a massive heart attack in June of 2021. From the time I first entered the facility I saw a perfect example of the the caring of the staff. My admission was handled in a timely manner with little problems, my room was ready and my transfer was accomplished using all the correct protocols of COVID-19.
The facility was very clean, the nursing staff met me upon admission and quickly got me settled. I would like to personally thank Erica, Judith, and Julia along with the other nursing staff for the excellent care I received over my 8 week stay. My medications were given to me on schedule and always with a caring friendly attitude. My Physical and Occupational therapists George and Mark made sure of my needs and developed a plan to make sure I was receiving the physical therapy that was designed to help me get back on my feet after the heart attack. The food I received was more than adequate to insure I had the proper nutrition in accordance with my diabetic condition. Shore View s caring and professional staff was a perfect example of how a facility should operate to meet the physically , medically and emotional needs of it s patients.
1-star for nurse staff. 0 star for home. I believe this rehab/nursing facility has no concept what health care is in the USA. Apart from substandard food, there is virtually no access to the social services staff. As far as health care and rehab goals, answers are vague. If you are really aiming to reach wellness through rehab, scratch Shore View in Brooklyn off your list of possibilities.
This place took my grandmother in when she had COVID. All the staff there treated her extremely well and tried their best to make every day for her better. I m extremely thankful for the staff and how they treat their patients. Thank you so much. I d also like to thank Kelly exclusively for all the help that she has given to my family. I highly recommend this place to anyone else searching for a good rehab center.
