Customer service does not exist with this company. They used to be able to rely on the quality of their processes, but now even that has failed them. If they over etch your parts in the anodize process, you're on your own. They do not stand behind their work. The only thing they stand behind is their terms of paying only twice the fee they charged you to scrap your parts. Which in my case cost me a few thousand dollars.
The folks at Southwest United Industries are a pleasure to work with. They go out of there way to help get the job done. There is good communication, and camaraderie, creating a great working environment.
This is by far one of the worse companies to work for. Their quality sucks. I would never want anything inapected by them. Can you say abunch of pencil whipping. They can careless if you have a family. They are all about money. Plan to work ever saturday and sundays. They even ask you to work on holidays. If you need the money, this place is for you, but if you want to be at a family oriented place or a place that has a work life balance. This place is not for you.
