Customer service does not exist with this company....

Customer service does not exist with this company. They used to be able to rely on the quality of their processes, but now even that has failed them. If they over etch your parts in the anodize process, you're on your own. They do not stand behind their work. The only thing they stand behind is their terms of paying only twice the fee they charged you to scrap your parts. Which in my case cost me a few thousand dollars.
