If you use gps to go to the address for this shipper realize that it looks like it s not a truck entrance, but it is. You ll see a narrow entrance and an electric gate. It s ok, that is the entrance. Once you turn in there, there will be a button to press and someone will open the gate for you.

*Wanted to help other drivers who might think it s not the truck entrance. It can be confusing because there s no sign that says, Truck Entrance, or Receiving Entrance. *

To my knowledge, the only place to sit if you re early is right across from the actual docks, so don t arrive too early. Even so, I think the trucks that are docked can still get out without having you move, but I wouldn t chance coming here too early.

When you leave, remember it s a one-flow-of-traffic receiver. You have to turn left out of the dock to circle around the building to exit. You will see an automatic gate: Stop some distance away from it because it swings towards you to open. Lastly, hang as far to the left as possible if you are making a right hand turn onto Diaz Rd, because you ll run over the curb if you don t.

I am waiting almost half an hour past my appointment time in the receiving office and the receiving clerk hasn t even come into work yet. This place just went down to 0 stars. Very unprofessional. When I walked into the unloading area a pallet jack driver said, You can t be in here, you just have to wait till she comes in!! They don t seem to care at this place.

2am appointment. Out by 3:10! Can't get any better than that!

There is a sign by the driveway. I came from Winchester, so I don't know if that sign can be seen coming from the opposite direction. It'll be a good idea to use the middle of the road to make that right turn into the driveway.

This comment is about B2B service quality and particularly for Southwest Traders warehouse and sales services in Arizona. I'm running a Fro-yo shop in San Tan Valley in Arizona. During pandemic, my shop has remained open for takeout and totally relies on the supply from Southwest. The delivery usually comes once a week. By putting labels on the wrong products, the warehouse messed up my orders at least three times since April, usually on large quantities orders. Instead of sending out the right products or issuing credit/refund for customers, they charged me the full amount, and only applied credit after two billing cycles (2 weeks). It caused two losses to my businesses: running short in supply for the whole week, and short in working capital for two weeks. When I asked for instant process and apology, I was told by their sales rep, named Taylor Curtis, to stop service with Southwest if I'm satisfied with what I got. I think the sales rep went beyond her authority to try stopping the B2B service agreement between two companies. That's why I contacted the headquarter to request changing the sale rep. I haven't heard any feedback from the company since then, and in the meantime they keep sending me the wrong products. Hope you will find a better solution to improve the service quality on the long run.

One of the best supply companies I've ever used. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, especially Taylor Curtis. They go above and beyond for us!

You can easily miss the driveway. Easy docking. They receive 8am-12pm. I was wondering why they couldn't give me any appointment besides 8am, turns out because you got to sit at dock till 11pm! I had 4 pallets of ICE CREAM and they had me at dock blowing my refer fuel right out the back! And they probably have just cream at this point!
