In June of 2009 had extensive nasal surgery with Dr. Fuentes being my surgeon. Great after care. In April of 2016 I had another sinus surgery with Dr. Collins being my surgeon. Outstanding doctor with excellent extensive after care. Very caring and nurturing. Dr. Collins listens thoroughly never rushing to get out of the room.
After a horrible wisdom teeth removal experience I was having chronic sinus infections. I saw Dr. Balwally once I started having issues and he was incredible. He conducted surgery on my sinuses and completely fixed the problem. He was also helpful and informative in each appointment. Please consider him if you are having sinus issues.
Three of my kids go here for ear issues. The staff is always very friendly and great to work with. Dr. Collins is wonderful with my kids. He puts them at ease and thoroughly answers any questions I may have. I love this place.
Front desk staff is unprofessional and don t know how treat patient.I get there early before 15 minutes but still have wait 2 hours.I don t like this location,other location is good
I was never treated by them, but they still went ahead and billed me TWICE! They just sent a final warning which was actually the first time I'd heard of anything concerning still owing them money! I was sent there by mistake, and ended up not getting treated, but still paid my bill on the spot just to be a good sport for them taking a minute to check me out. Now two months later they're saying that I still owe them money and it's going to be sent to a collections agency? As far as I'm concerned this is a shakedown operation hiding behind a medical office! Shame on them for trying to charge anyone for not even being treated!
I visited the Centerville office yesterday as a new patient. The office staff was friendly and I was called back within 15 minutes of my appointment time. I saw Dr. Collins. He was wonderful! He listened to the issues I d been having with my ears and conducted a thorough exam and answered all of my questions. In all, I was there about 35-40 minutes from arrival to check out. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Collins!
Love this office! My daughter and her father have been seen here and had surgical procedures. They are not always fast, but they do have multiple doctors seeing many patients. Dr. Turner is my personal favorite. He's very personable and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The doctor was very busy and I felt rushed, but he was tolerable. I had an allergy test done and the woman was amazing. But the staff is very rude. I spoke with the a woman twice over the phone for different reasons and both times she chuckled like she was making fun of what I was saying. Gave them plenty of notice of cancellation and they were still unprofessional.
Had thyroid removed by Dr Garrett. All interactions with Dr Garrett were outstanding - great "bedside manner". Answered all questions before and after surgery. Gave me prompt attention while in the hospital. Surgery went extremely well.
Did not get any reason for my infection in my ear that bled . Laughed at me because it hurt to even touch my ears. Lots of speculation of what it could be but really their was no reason. I shouldn t have wasted my time. Nor did the nurse practitioner ask if she could re-examine me. So laughing at me and no resolution to my problem. Every one else was nice.
