National property management associates Review

I have been with NPMA for almost 2 years, it is everything I expected from an employer plus more. I appreciate the owners morals and values, and am proud to be a part of the NPMA family.

By far this is the worst company whom hires rude unprofessional and unethical people to run each property they own. No one does communications to proper departments, no honesty at all, all lies to you and employees and by far they do not care what happens to employees who bust their hump to try and provide and a make a great place for people to live or the residents who live in places!!! Infested with roaches, rats, and bedbugs, not to mention mold rotted stairways, balconies, inside units rotted walls. Make residents pay for pest control and rodents. If something was to break like hot water heater, the tenants atr held responsible to replace their personal items and other tenants items if ruined..and replace the appliance or item that broke. Even though it was rusted out and should have been replaced years ago. AC units that freeze up, dont work and are very old, should be replaced. Wiring inside units is just rigged up so it half way works. Nothing is wired correctly and could start a fire. Turn and run away from these places. It is unsafe and unhealthy to live in the complexes. Pictures posted really are not what you see or will be placed in to live. Shame shame shame on this company and their lack of responsibility to correct and make safe for all residents and employees. CEO who Won't even speak to anyone who calls and has hired people to take care of issues. Not even allowed to get their personal property back or packed up. Harassed, bullied, threatened and intimidation is what happens. WELL THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS!!!! KEEP SWEEPING ALL OF THE ISSUES UNDER THE RUG!!! IT WILL COME BACK TO BITE YOU SOMEDAY!!!

Watch Out ! Keep track of what you pay . I noticed in just a glance a check for 900.00 was listed with them as 800.00 *bank showed it cleared at 900.00*... That was just looking for one second. I over pay all the time to keep ahead and wondered why so much was not showing up over all this time. American Companies SUCK. Now have to go through and show all the errors and bank info to get Hundreds or seems almost thousands back they owe me

I read a horrible review on NPMA prior to starting and was so skeptical on taking the jump. My husband looked at me and told me to take the leap! Man I am so glad I did!
I appreciate working for this company so much and what they do for us. I came from a very toxic work environment so to come to NPMA was the biggest weight off my shoulders. Just like every job there can be difficult days but they NEVER outshine the good ones for me! I am so beyond appreciative to have been given this opportunity at this company and hope to continue for many years and grow along with them!!

I have been an employee of National Property Management Associates for 3 years. This employer is fair, kind, generous and involved. I work with a wonderful team of people who are truly invested in their jobs and the company. The NPMA owners have gone far above and beyond what they were required to do during these hard times and words cannot express how grateful I am.

This has been such a fantastic company to work for! I've been with NPMA for almost 5 years now and have had the opportunity to get to know so many of our amazing employees both at the Corporate office and at our properties across the US. They are a family-owned company that makes you feel like your part of the family!

All their properties are OLD. I ran into a multitude of problems after moving in. Save your hard earned $ and your time by renting elsewhere. The owners do not seem to care and this is reflected on their properties. Owners and property managers won't spend a penny to renovate these properties and hire persons who can renovate them Properly the 1st time so there's no foundation cracks, roof and floor leakages happening. Foundations of all the buildings I lived at are shaky and there's external issues crumbling that ALL property managers refuse to acknowledge so I was forced to move out because the apartment was not livable. AC units are as ancient as the building/ property itself in that the AC units are ALWAYS breaking down and need replacing. Heaters inside the apartments don't work. There isn't enough vents installed inside the apartment when you need it to blow air in both summer and winter. Take your business elsewhere since their rude office management Always doesn't respect you paying for decent standard of living.

The staff at Peppertree village in Lakeland fl are BEYOND unprofessional! I m so upset for not taking they re google reviews seriously about they re staff before choosing to rent. Even an old tenant moving out warned me as I was leaving that they re super unprofessional. They ll leave you and your children in your apartment with NO A/c For 18 days and still charge you over $1200 for the hole month even if you move out early because of the inconvenience! Ask to be prorated because you spent nights in a hotel ? They ll threaten you about your guests and accuse you of harboring multiple occupants in your unit and suggest you either move out or pay up ASAP before they ruin your credit and rental history (as said by Cindy they re MANAGER) . But they ll ONLY mention this when you have a problem with them. Easy blackmail. You ask them for they re corporate info ? They refuse to give you any information and hang up on you. They ll even accuse your own CHILDREN (WHO THEY HAVE MET ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS) of not being on your lease if you have a problem with them! I m so Disappointed in this team of people. The Maintenance workers are just as bad because they FEED the office the information they need to blackmail Occupants when needed.

Coventry Cove Apartments in Oklahoma City. Property office manager there has family & friends staying in vacant apartments without paying.

I have enjoyed working for NPMA. It is a great company to work for. I feel valued and respected. I will forever be thankful for the opportunity they gave me when they hired me.
