I am a board member for the Courtyards at Severance, I worked with John and his crew this summer painting the condos and could not be more pleased with the results. John walked me through all that would be done for the project and was very detailed with what would be completed. He was extremely professional and present during the project which was a welcomed change from the work we have had completed in the past. Can't speak for their work, but if you want to earn customers, you might not want to have employees driving your trucks recklessly through downtown Cleveland. Being cut off three times and almost forced into a parked car by the driver of the number 24 truck. Pretty sure that dosent speak professionally.
Also he could learn what a turn signal is.

I was in desperate need of having my roof done and after calling numerous companies to come out and take a look I decided to go with Southwest. I worked with their roofing sales manager Kyle. He was extremely helpful in showing me how much the shingle designs and quality had changed over the years. Even though he was helping to guide me because this was the first roof I had ever replaced I felt in control the whole time. Kyle was actually present at the job site numerous times throughout the completion which I was extremely surprised and delighted with. Not only did the roof turn out amazing, the guys who did the actual work were extremely polite and friendly and more importantly cleaned up every last piece of shingle and nail. You would never have even know a 5 man crew was out on the job site 10 minutes after they left. I will certainly be looking to use Southwest for the next job that pops up. Everyone I came in contact with throughout the course of the work was absolutely terrific.

We have hired Southwest Companies now for multiple residential and commercial projects. They not only provided competitive pricing, but they also consistently delivered best in class work quality. Additionally, when a roofing issue arose on a project that was not the fault of Southwest, they jumped back on the project to fix the problem within a day. All around great company to work with as a commercial and residential general contractor.

I had my roof recoated on my office building and it has been nothing but problems, from leaks to the coating peeling. The owner Steve Tomasone who sold the job to me has done nothing and will not return my calls. To make matters worse I found out this guy is a convicted felon and has been in prison. He was convicted in the Cuyahoga County Corruption Probe for stealing thousands of dollars from the Maple Hts school system. Please do a complete check of who ever you hire to do work for you. This has been a real wake up call for me. This is a bad guy.

Saw a guy driving truck 28 on 90 going East, to busy texting on his phone in a SwC truck, driving all over 3 lanes. A little left, back in his lane, a little right, back in his lane, side to side he drove. This happened on Sunday during Labor Day Weekend. I beeped at him and my wife and I both yelled out the window put your phone down and drive! . Then when he was getting off at the Mentor exit, he gave the bird.
