Horrible. Simply horrible all around. My father in law was injured with a pelvic fracture while we were visiting Bonita Springs. He can't stand. We received a referral from Home Health and we reached out to them to schedule a visit. They were supposed to come on a Saturday. They never did. We called and they admitted they dropped the ball. They rescheduled for Tuesday. We called to check in that they were still coming, and the lady on the phone said they never received his referral. Meanwhile, my father still needs the help. Don't use this company. They provide no service. Horrible.

I can't say enough good things about the staff in this company. Amazing teamwork and most important, communication, within the team as they kept each team member informed of any changes or issues. The staff is also very compassionate and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
