Southview medical group pc Review

If I could give zero stars i would. Today i had an awful experience in one of the clinics today. There receptionist was very rude and her and the other one did not seem helpful at all.

I have had only great experiences with Dr. Green. Very attentive and personable. The office is very clean and well organized. Everytime I go, I see the front desk people wiping everything down. Great practice to decrease the spread of infection.

I've been trying to get an appointment with Dr.Tran FOR A MONTH. I keep getting calls in the middle of the day when I'm at work or school. I call back during another day, and can't get anyone to answer. I've made multiple attempts to call, leave a voicemail detailing when to call me back, but nothing. The one time I was able to talk to someone asking what I needed as a new patient, some lady was really rude and acted like I was bothering her. I'm about to go back and request a referral somewhere else. How hard is it to do your job? I answer phones for a living on top of everything else and you get paid way more to do way less. I'm in pain and don't need this kind of treatment.

I was having a great experience with Dr. Vest being my doctor. After I started having issues I called to try and get an appointment. I called on and off for a whole month and no return phone calls or anything. I am having serious issues and just had to find a new cardiologist because no one would answer here.

I am sure the doctors in this group are wonderful but I did not get the opportunity to find out. I called spoke to Asia in the cardiology side on two occasions about a referral given by my internist. Both times she was terribly short and very rude. Given that I have worked in the medical field for many years now and I personally deal with patients every day I know first hand how difficult it can be, however, there is no excuse to throw common courtesy and compassion aside.

I was misdiagnosed which put my health in great jeopardy. I'm lucky to have left this practice and gone elsewhere with a doctor who is thorough and has my best interests at heart. Don't go here!

I love these doctors they go out they way to find out your diagnosis.

Dr. Green is one of the best primaries I have ever had. Wonderful bedside manner, attentive, truly concerned for his patients. My whole family uses him. It took me years to find a new doctor I like and I am very happy with Dr. Green and Southview.

I typically never leave reviews, but my experience here all but forced me to leave one. In short, I never even made it as a new patient because of my interactions with the receptionist/front desk staff. I had previously been reading that it is all but impossible to get someone to answer the phone, and even less of a chance for them to call you back, but since Dr. Tran was highly referred by my doctor I decided to keep on calling until I got in touch with someone. Finally, a week later I was able to reach someone and after explaining to her how long I had been trying to get in touch with them she told me that she was transferring me to the manager of the front desk. When the manager answered the phone I explained to her that I'm a potential new patient and have been calling since last week and haven't been able to get in touch with anyone, and the first thing that she said was what type of insurance do you have. I gave her the name of my insurance company and then I told her that I wasn't trying to be disrespectful but it seems as though after hearing what I had been through to get in touch with someone that her first response would be to apologize for the inconvenience. From there it went downhill fast. She was literally one of the most unprofessional people that I have EVER come across, and she is the manager of the front desk. Needless to say I don't recommend this place and I honestly hope that they get a replacement for their front desk asap because otherwise my doctor gave me high hopes for seeing Dr. Tran as an endocrinologist but its just not worth the hassle or the disrespect.
