VERY STRICT with appointments. Your check in time is considered when you check in at office, not at guard shack. So basically you have to check in at guard then park at dock, chock wheels with electronic chocks( might take some time if you are new to them) then walk to office to check in ( might be people in front of you). That is the time you are officially checked in. So come here half an hour to one hour earlier than your scheduled appt.

Absolutely ZERO service. Ran like the monopoly it is! Pathetic

I was here 4 minutes early and they knew I was here checking in at the guard shack and still said I was late. If you are late they make you wait.

Worst customer service ever. Despite being in the top 20 in sales we're receiving terrible customer service.

Appointment times mean nothing here. 9.30 appointment got out at 11.30. Unloading time was about 15 minutes. But to get someone to unload

Unless you are a big company you get very little customer service. They carry a lot of product but choose to deliver every two weeks and if there is a mistake on your order it's too bad we will be out in 2 weeks. The rep that takes my order tells so many stories I don't know what to believe. First he said they would start coming every week, that did not happen. I have called him several times and he never returns a phone call and the company wonders why you get upset. If I could get what I needed from someone else I would even if it cost more.

Got me in a day early for my delivery appointment and unloaded pretty quickly!

Easy to find. Plenty of signs to guide you guard shack. Once checked in at guard shack they tell you the dock. Easy to get in. Move tandoms to rear. Lock the chalk in place. Arrived at 7am for 730am appointment. Was unloaded and shutting doors at 742am. Very easy place.
