Unless you are a big company you get very little customer service. They carry a lot of product but choose to deliver every two weeks and if there is a mistake on your order it's too bad we will be out in 2 weeks. The rep that takes my order tells so many stories I don't know what to believe. First he said they would start coming every week, that did not happen. I have called him several times and he never returns a phone call and the company wonders why you get upset. If I could get what I needed from someone else I would even if it cost more.
