Well I would not deal with any of their clinics now. Called them as owners of a clinic in Va that I had a bad experience with and no one wants to discuss anything. They allow bad practices within their clinics and hold no one responsible. My 10 week old puppy almost died at a clinic they own and no one wants to rectify or discuss anything. Do your research and know who owns the clinic. Vets who have no stake and are just working for the paycheck are not the people that you want caring for your pets! Look how many clinics they own read and reread reviews before you choose a clinic. There is no care in corporate owned vet practices. I will continue to shout this to the roof tops or until someone does the right thing. BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK AFTER POSTING TO THEIR WALL ABOUT ISSUES SINCE NO ONE WILL CALL BACK! WHEN A COMPANY WON'T TAKE REVIEWS OR RESPOND TO ISSUES YOU SHOULDN'T USE THEM! 1/18/2019 UPDATE- NO ONE has reached out to me! The "manager" at the clinic provided me falsified paperwork and resolved nothing. No one from your main office or your Medical Director from Va has called. I have no missed calls or messages from anyone. You all did delete me from Facebook because I am trying to reach out in all the proper channels and can not get any response from anyone concerning this matter. 2/2/2019 Still no phone call from manager as promised.

What started out as a deal that was almost too good to believe turned into a mess that became almost unbelievable. This place wreaks of a business that is growing too fast. The communication between departments is weak at best, the inexperience level became apparent as we got closer to closing and the amount of redundancy in an effort to get to a quick closing was ridiculous. My personal closing was delayed and in that period the complete lack of professionalism led me to pull out altogether and go with a larger, more experienced group. Do not let them fast track your closing. Take your time and go in with your eyes wide open.

Do not take your animals here, especially to Dr. Sherry Marrs at the Golden Triangle Veterinary Hospital in Southlake!! My mom took her precious ten month old maltese to be spayed and have some teeth pulled. This little baby was the sweetest thing. She went in for the surgery on Friday with Dr. Marrs. After the surgery, Dr. Marrs placed her on Previcox which, according to the Previcox website should not be given to animals under 12.5 pounds because it is not possible to break the tablets accurately enough for a proper dosage- (My mom's dog is 4 pounds). After the surgery, she initially she didn't eat, but that was understandable because of having teeth pulled. On Tuesday (four days later) she was having multiple seizures, couldn't stand up, and wouldn't eat. My mom took her to back to Golden Triangle, and after more tests, they gave her IV fluids and sent her to an emergency room. They told my mom that her dog most likely had a liver shunt - a birth defect not related to the surgery at all. After more pricey testing, they discovered the puppy has no liver shunt. You are telling me that it's just coincidental that a perfectly healthy dog had surgery, was given a drug that shouldn't have been given to a dog that small and the side effects including seizures, and four days later has severe neurological issues unrelated to this? I doubt that. My 78 year old mom is now nursing an invalid puppy that was supposed to bring her joy.
The puppy can't stand up, she bobs her head up and down and does basically nothing more than that. When she takes her outside, she can't even stand up to go to the bathroom and just goes on herself. Golden Triangle has done NOTHING to try to help. I am happy to send before and after videos to anyone who asks if it prevents them from going here.

They do an amazing job. They saved my babies. Yes plural.

I have left four messages for a return phone call to report misconduct at one of their veterinary practices. A month has gone by and they have yet to figure out how to return a telephone call. No one ever reached out to me via, phone, email, mail or carrier pigeon.
