Literally, one of the WORST property management companies out there and I have been in the business for 20 years. Dealing with them is a nightmare for owners, tenants, other PMs, anyone involved on any end of the business. Rude staff, very little is accomplished when issues are taken to them. If there is a question to be asked, they will say, "I don't know", "I can check to see if we are responsible for that or not", and NEVER get back to you. If zero stars were an option, I'd give it. Why are people paying them? I have no idea. Silverleaf and GCM have been better companies to interact and work with by far!
