I had an accident at a store, was captured in camera. They sent me with the doctors and concluded that my left ankle was bruised later I find out that I tore my ACL by going to my own doctor and getting some xrays done. Obviously I got myself a lawyer and I thought I was taken care of. But all the lawyer and the store wanted to get paid by having me just sign some papers stating that I went to the doctor. Didn't do it. So I reached this law firm, now they're looking into my case and so far everything seems to be moving. Very stressful and unpleasant experience, they never return your calls and never keep you informed whatsoever, I honestly would never refer anyone to this law firm, my settlement papers were signed and sent to them via email because they failed to send the return envelope where I could put my settlement papers, papers sent out on 7/2/19, my check was sent to the wrong address since I had 2 addresses on file but When you sign your papers you confirm the address to which you want your check to be sent, and When I finally receive the check , the check has my last name misspelled which is not their fault but the insurance company. I returned the check on 9/10/19 via email to Carolina Tovar because I was inform by the gentleman who answers the phone that she would be the one taking care of this problem, anyway I sent a checking in email on 9/17/19, just to see where we are at and up until today 9/27/19 no answer of course, on top of this I have called several times and left voice mails and of course still no answer, I called today and asked to speak to someone else other than Carolina since she seems to be very busy and can t seem to afford one minute out of her busy schedule to answer an email or call, and the gentleman who answers the main line says ok that would be Jose, let me see if he is in , I m on hold until it goes to voice mail and it went to Carolina Tovar s voice mail, this people already got their part of the settlement and I am still waiting for mine, so if you ask me, this is the most unprofessional and unorganized law firm that I so much regret bringing in my business to, I read their reviews and by them I made my choice, and this is exactly why I m taking my precious time to write this review to warn others to not hire this law firm unless you want stress and uncertanty.

I want to take the time to share my experience and let me just say it was a very unpleasant one and a Great waste of time. Jose never returned a phone call and let me say he is very persuasive on keeping one on the team when you just about had it, the team was never curtious enough to make an informative call or send a letter in regards to my case, I felt sidelined. I wouldn't recommend this Firm to anyone they have organizing to do before they can honestly say they are here for their clients and not just self interest.
