Love me some Starbucks. Never been disappointed at this one

Worst Starbucks experience ever, due to long wait, some members of staff appeared poorly trained,

Came here four days in a row while on vacation and they made a mistake on my orders EVERY day. Some were insignificant like wrong name on cup, but others were wrong drink. Weren't friendly in correcting error. Maybe this is a vacation spot so they don't care about developing regulars.

Well, I ordered at 11:42am n didn't get my ice caramel macchiato till 12:15. So, that's why 1 star. Then, joking, asked to have it upsized since it was there fault. Lady at counter had a big attitude. When my drink was finally made she wouldn't even look at me or smile or tell me that my drink was ready. Terrible customer service! Will never go to Starbucks again

They are always in a great mood and seem happy to be at work! I never feel like a burden to them. They seem to enjoy what they do.

Awesome friendly Starbucks located at the West end of the Marketplace shopping mall. The staff has always been friendly when I stopped by. They are fast, friendly and efficient. You can spot this Starbucks from 158. There is limited parking in front of the Starbucks, but there are a lot more parking spaces around the corner. They accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Gotta love Starbucks. This location is very convenient for heading off the Outer Banks...just before the bridge on your right. I'd suggest the local shops if you can though.

It's the only Starbucks on the Outer Banks, but the people are always very friendly despite how busy they get. People come from all over the beach just to get a Starbucks coffee all the way down at this one end of the beach. The staff for wonderful, and they're very helpful if you have a question. Any coffee lovers should definitely stop here!

Great staff, this place never disappoints, Virginia always gets my order right and is friendly as can be.

Great location but staff less than ideal. I stood waiting for 3 minutes while the cashier counted money from her tip jar. No greeting, head down. And my drink was ready, there was no acknowledgment They just left it on the counter and went back to chatting

Worst service I ve ever had at any Starbucks, by far! Staff has the nerve to snap at customers. No idea why they don t look for a job that doesn t involve customers, but whatever...
