sept 8 and sept 19 2025 booked flight from jboro ar--St louis. MOEveryone was nice helpful at both airports except for the gentlemen at Jonesboro. I booked the flight explained my wife myself werfe on walkers the step up on the plane is a large step up I was gonna help her to lift her leg he said I could not do that she had to do it herself. I explained this at the time of booking (HE) she can't board if not on her own. I wanted to POP the SOB, she finally forced her leg up, got her back hurting hurt her all night.(what about a step up box ) Asked him to call ahead to stlouis help with luggage he did'n your van driver did not want to help us had to tell him twice they were to have called ahead he was and wood have left us with walkers bags and no help at all and no one in site Tommy Monrgomery 870 4765 0536 paragoujld ar.
