We love our Southerland mattress! We bought it in 2011 & seven years later, it still sleeps great! In fact, any time we go away, we can t wait to get back home to our own bed! It is very comfortable & is holding up very well. This is our 2nd King sized Southerland. We purchased the 1st one in 2007 & ended up taking it overseas with us in 09 but had to sell it when we returned to US. We were so happy when we were able to purchase another one! Highly recommend Southerland! Five stars!!!

I bought a Southerland mattress when I moved to Nashville in 2011 and happily slept on it until 2015. Now it's in my guest room and EVERY visitor comments on how comfortable it is. It's more comfortable than the more expensive brand I currently have in my bedroom! Will definitely buy another next time!

I bought my Southerland Queen Mattress set in 2009 and I still love it. I am in the process of buying another set and will put the old set in my guest bedroom. It is plush without a pillow top or euro top and firm enough to support me as a side sleeper w/back problems. The side edge are still very supportive while getting up. Couldn't ask for better comfort and would highly recommend.

If I could give this mattress a big fat zero I would. Bought it from a reliable local mattress company that was going out of business. Supposed to be top of the line. In less than a year my husbands side looks like he is sleeping in a canoe. I actually look down on him from my side. It would be laughable if we didn't pay as much as we did. No response from Southerland after repeated voice mails; funny, no one ever seems to answer the phone there. Pry don't want to have to listen to another irate dissatisfied customer. This company should be run out of business by the BBB. Seriously??? I just read the staged phony reviews for this company giving them 5 stars and telling people to buy one. What a joke.

I have been a fan of Southerland mattresses for quite some time. I recently got some of their Ionic Sleep Copper-Tech sheets and mattress pad. They are incredibly satin like and I feel so refreshed and flexible when I wake up. Next on my list - a mattress with ionic technology from Southerland.

I adore my Scandinavian mattress! I sleep soundly every night and my back no longer hurts.

Someone gave me this mattress years ago and it's still solid. I had it in my guest room because I had a brand new mattress in my bedroom. The mattress in my room started hurting my back so I slept on this Southerland one night and I haven't slept on my new one since. I just decided to look online and see if they still sale these Southernland mattresses in case I decide to replace the other one. I've had back surgery and still suffer with pain and this is the only mattress I have ever slept on that actually helps it through the night instead of making it worse. Will definitely be buying another one! Best mattress ever and I've tried A LOT!

We purchased a mattress from a local supplier. We where told it had a eight year no sag guarantee. It starts to sag in weeks. We had it replaced and the replacement was a just as poor quality as the first. The seller is giving us the runaround and calling Southerland Inc does not help. Southerland has no interest and gives no concern in standing behind their product.
TO BE FAIR - IF I PRODUCED THIS QUALITY OF A PRODUCT I WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND IT EITHER.THAT WOULD BE AS BAD AS SLEEPING ON IT.

I am a shop owner. We sell this line of mattresses and so far so good. We do not yet have enough experience with this line for me to give 5 stars. However, I am really curious as to how the shop from which you purchased handled the problems. I always stay very involved and make sure customers are satisfied regardless of the findings of the manufacturer. There are rare incidents in which customers just cannot find a suitable mattress. Would love to hear the rest of story.

Southerland Mattress is a great company! I have the privilege to be a service provider to them. I have actually toured their manufacturing facilities and seen the mattresses made step by step. Their workforce takes pride in each stitch, staple, frame, cushion and packaging. Their Quality assurance is top notch and I have seen first hand a mattress that does meet their high quality standards get sent back to be fixed or redone. They do their very best to provide a high quality, long-lasting, mattress for every kind of customer. Highly recommend them.
