We purchased a mattress from a local supplier. We where told it had a eight year no sag guarantee. It starts to sag in weeks. We had it replaced and the replacement was a just as poor quality as the first. The seller is giving us the runaround and calling Southerland Inc does not help. Southerland has no interest and gives no concern in standing behind their product.
TO BE FAIR - IF I PRODUCED THIS QUALITY OF A PRODUCT I WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND IT EITHER.THAT WOULD BE AS BAD AS SLEEPING ON IT.
