Been working with SEL for about 3 years now. Sometimes I ve been frustrated but Josh Schnell has worked my problem out 100%. Service managers like josh are hard to come by he s a absolute GEM. SEL I m demanding you give him raise! Lol

Josh, keep up the good work, you ve always helped me out in pinches especially are smaller buildings with limited equipment.

Purchased 2 Unimac washers and 2 dryers.
Dealing with the sales dept we had no issues, but when it comes to service, forget it.
The technicians are great, but the office doing the scheduling has no respect for customers.
Scheduled service visits do not happen, no calls, no urgency. With promises of having "$30,000"
worth of parts on their service trucks, our parts always need to be ordered.

Sorry to have purchased Unimac product from this vendor.
On the safe side just stay away from Unimac.

I work with PruittHealth, Inc. and we use Southeastern Laundry Equipment for all of our machines throughout all of our healthcare facilities. They are very prompt to help us when we need assistance for anything. Carey is always happy to help and super knowledgeable. Niki is quick to assist with requests and gets our contracts processed immediately. Whenever we have issues in accounts receivable, Cristy is always extremely helpful and understanding. They truly have a great team of people and care about their customers!

Customer Service like no other. The best in the biz! Josh is a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend.

My name is Jason Hernandez and I am the owner of all the $1.99 Cleaners in Pasco county Florida. We are a dry cleaners and shirt laundering facility & have been in business since 2003. Over the many years I've worked with many companies. If your like me, your business is your baby and you won't just let anyone work with it. Southeastern sets the bar for how a company in our field should be run. Great customer service, great order of operations, & experienced expert mechanics that get the job done, but most of all, get the job done RIGHT! Anytime I make a service call, I ask for Josh Schell & as soon as I place it, I know problem is already in the process of getting resolved. Josh is one of the best service representatives that I've dealt with in a very long time, he's kind, courteous and doesn't treat you like just an account number, it's a great personable feel. The mechanic for my area is Bob Huff. Bob Huff is definitely one of the best mechanics I've seen and really cares about his job and his clients. Not many mechanics go any farther than the work order calls for. Bob really sets the standard for what a tech mechanic should be. Bobs probably one of the only mechanics that I can actually say that if he's unavailable, or job must be delayed because sickness. I would rather leave my machine broke and wait on him instead of having anyone else work in my facility. Between the client the service representative and the technician, they really make you feel like your part of a TEAM. I really do wish there were more companies designed to help businesses like southeastern does. I have been using southeastern for about a year now and the only problem that I've had is that I didnt find out about them sooner. Everyone is so courteous, everyone is so helpful, and everyone is just doing their job right! Southeastern Laundry Services is $1.99 Cleaners #1 Choice for our Laundering service and sales needs!

Unbelievable! This company has washers and dryers install in the residence in which I live. The washers are $2.00 per load and the dryer $1.75. Recently I did 1 load of wash and 1 load in the dryer. I swiped my credit card when using the machine and in total I was charged $34! Amount varies but EVERY TIME I use these machines rest assured that they overcharge to the point of ridiculousness. I called Southeastern and they promised to send a technician in a day of two to fix these machines. That was 3 weeks ago and nothing! I've never have been so stressed while doing laundry.

Thank you to Carl Church for providing, excellent, knowledgeable and speedy service today. And thank you for taking the time to answer our questions, here at the hotel, with an understandable answer. Always a pleasure.

This is Mary making this review not Christopher. I want to give a big kudos to our technician Chuck. He's been servicing our equipment for many years and he keeps me informed about the mechanics that I know little about concerning the machines. He goes above and beyond for us and I really appreciate it. As far as the bills go - that's another issue. Being charged mileage, travel time and labor, all seems a bit much on top of parts cost, but we just have to deal with because its the only company around to service our needs. I just let a couple things go wrong before I call now.

I ve been using SEL for the last 6 years. The parts specialist Jeremy Womack is top notch. I have placed orders and had parts delivered next day. This is huge keeping production numbers up. The service department also has great technicians. I ve had machines go down late in the day on Friday and was able to get Justin Privett out and machine was back up in no time. I highly recommend the team down at SEL. Very knowledgeable staff.

Purchased a Washer and had it delivered and installed and everyone that we had interaction with was very professional. Christy helped us with setting everything up and even took time to follow-up and make sure everything went well.

Rude receptionist and won't service Dexter washer in a home even though they're the only Dexter distributor in Atlanta.

Cristy Womack is a pleasure to work with, always friendly and efficient when assisting with billing. Has even taken the time to set up service for our linen facility. Appreciate her efforts.

We are a professional sports team. SE handles all of our service, and has done so for several years. Josh Schell runs a tight ship at Customer Care, and is always available. They will bend over backwards to be here if we say "emergency", sometimes showing up same day. Bob Huff is our Service Tech, no job too big and his knowledge on all makes and models is very impressive. We could not do our job without them.

Excellent multifamily packages for property management companies looking for a new vendor. Southeastern is the best! Their sales team & team members are friendly and eager to help in anyway possible. My company has bought 2 washing machines and a dryer from SE Laundry. Also, we have used SE Laundry for all of our service needs. Until now. It has always been like pulling teeth to get someone to come out quickly and fix our issues. After calling for a routine service issue last week, I was surprised at the lack of professionalism to send someone out promptly. I mean no call to tell me they were behind schedule or a time or date that I can expect someone. After waiting, I decided to call and see when to expect someone. I was told that the technician had came but couldn't park, so he left. Even after I have met the technician and showed him where to park so whenever we needed him here he would know where to park. So it's been a week and still no one from SE Laundry has stopped by to fix my issue or called to try and schedule a time. So I called to voice my frustration and let them know that I was going to find another service provider. My message was not returned and when I called to make sure no one would be sent to my business, they said "we got your message and cancelled the appointment." No follow-up on why I was dissatisfied? Do you care that you made me such a small priority that I will not use your service anymore? I just can't believe that a company that provides service would just allow a paying customer to walk away and take their business without even a conversation or explanation. I am in the customer service business and understand you are busy but seems to me that you dropped the ball on working with your customer.

We are a large Entertainment company and have worked with SE Laundry for many, many years for washers and dryers. Their Sales folks know our needs and have been very cognizant of our deadlines when necessary. We have multiple locations across property with multiple machines in every location, with some running 24 hours a day, their Service Techs keep us up and running whenever we have service needs, and as quick as possible.
