My company has bought 2 washing machines and a dryer from SE Laundry. Also, we have used SE Laundry for all of our service needs. Until now. It has always been like pulling teeth to get someone to come out quickly and fix our issues. After calling for a routine service issue last week, I was surprised at the lack of professionalism to send someone out promptly. I mean no call to tell me they were behind schedule or a time or date that I can expect someone. After waiting, I decided to call and see when to expect someone. I was told that the technician had came but couldn't park, so he left. Even after I have met the technician and showed him where to park so whenever we needed him here he would know where to park. So it's been a week and still no one from SE Laundry has stopped by to fix my issue or called to try and schedule a time. So I called to voice my frustration and let them know that I was going to find another service provider. My message was not returned and when I called to make sure no one would be sent to my business, they said "we got your message and cancelled the appointment." No follow-up on why I was dissatisfied? Do you care that you made me such a small priority that I will not use your service anymore? I just can't believe that a company that provides service would just allow a paying customer to walk away and take their business without even a conversation or explanation. I am in the customer service business and understand you are busy but seems to me that you dropped the ball on working with your customer.
