if I could rate 0 stars I would!! Absolutely horrendous service. Got a ticket which wasn't for our vehicle and end up having to pay 1121.00 for a mistake made by the system. got all evidence collected and sent to them special delivery yet still no contact! I work in customer service give me a job you wont need any other operators!!!!!
No one bothers to pick the phone up, been trying all week. Waste of time!
How many operators do they have ? The numbers of 0 everytime I call there after spending an hour on phone they hang up. Great service indeed for our tax we pay !
What a complete utter shambles of a court and judges which work here.
These people have managed to get 3 points put on my license which has been there since 2019.
I only found out 2 months ago...
Now your thinking so, what is the problem.
1. They never formally informed me in writing and I only found out via employer.
2. I was not driving vehicle and I was 20 miles away from location.
3. I have proof of location and witnesses.
4. I found out that someone else paid the fine.
I am sure this will not be the last time this will happen. What have they done about it all..?

I am curious to see someone that managed to get in touch with them... I think the only operator is on holiday 365 days a year somewhere on a tropical island spending our money. Pretty sure the pay is not low.
Upon receiving a letter from the courts saying that I MAY attend on the 8/12/16 for a BYELAW set by the RAILWAY lol... I'm going to have fun with this one NO CONSENT and trickery was played.. can't wait till the case

Great judges courtroom 3, brilliant staff security to usher prosecution also was very reasonable
