The staff that I worked with at GW Housing have been very understanding and willing to help in whatever way they can. The rooms themselves vary in quality but are really nice based on what I would expect to get in college. Working with them can be a confusing, but overall they try their best to be as clear and helpful as possible.
The GW Housing website is completely broken. As an incoming freshman, I have to apply for housing on their website, but the website is always either down, busy, or doesn't work at all. I have seen no response from GW Housing about the condition of their website and no update on whether anyone is attempting to fix the website. I feel like students who pay over $10k a year for GW Housing at least deserve to have a website that works.
Does not provide any help when you urgently need it at the end of the semester.
