It s a shame such a superb location is wasted with a park where the management are unwilling to properly reinvest.

Generally staff around the park are inefficient, rude and less than willing. The property is broadly maintained but true investment opportunities have not been taken up. You re first greeted by what is possibly the most potholed road in the country and is damaging for any car. - things like this are what summarise the lack of investment into the proper maintenance of the park.

A good location and a good value option for families looking to stay in Brixham, but a property with so much more potential and requires attention by John Fowler management.

Built at the top of a VERY steep location.

Built at the top of a VERY steep location.
Woefully signposted. Very difficult to find, with roads so narrow, winding and steep you really don't want to be a faint-hearted driver.
No good for anyone with mobility problems.
Everything is on a slope, or accessible only by steps.
The bus outside the entrance does Not run between 3 & 4pm Monday to Friday.
NOR does it run between 11.45 & 12.45 on a Saturday. ON TOP OF THIS...
There is NO bus AT ALL on Sunday.
From Brixham, the last bus back is at 5pm Monday to Friday.
It is 4pm on Saturday.
No bus on Sunday.
NO Breakfasts served Tues, Wed, Thurs.
Supposed to be available from 9am Fri, Sat, Sun, & Mon.
Not even open.
Have fun folks...
I double dare you.

This is a small park and relaxing park. It was so refreshing to be somewhere where there wasn't so much hustle and bustle.
The arcade is basic and very small (could really do with an update) but we don't spend much time there so that wasn't an issue for us.
The inside and outside pool is lovely. The entertainment room is small and cosy. The entertainment and staff are fab.
The restaurant has nice traditional food but they don't do lunch which is quite disappoing if you don't want to cook and don't want to go off site. Although there are places to eat a short drive away. I'd definitely go back. They have a lovely beach a short walk away.

When I arrived I had to re-clean half of the motor home as there was still grease all over the top of the cooker, unclean plates, the toaster was dirty, rubbish under the beds and there was a cracked glass on the table.
My 4 year old nagged me to play on the crazy golf course which was near impossible as the course was in such terrible condition, so we just put the ball where we wanted and made up our own rules.
We had a look in the welcome pack which said there was adult entertainment starting at half past 10, which would be fine if it was actually the adult entertainment. Kids were running round everywhere and when I asked about the "adult" entertainment I got told they started it at half past 9,was finished by 10 and they were "obviously" entering the late night entertainment......aka some music from the 90's. While children were still running around.
We had a walk around the outskirts of the park and came across two rather large, very dead rats which by that point were now hairless.
We booked children in for the kayaking in the pool but the kayak wouldn't inflate so they got to float around on inflatable seadoos for 6 minutes each.....yay.
I recommend visiting woodlands, Paignton zoo and the living coasts zoo, but don't stay here.
The view was amazing though, suppose something had to impress me

I thought the reviews for the park were really unfair. The caravan although older was spotless and we had took the dogs with us for the first time . The staff were friendly . The entertainment was hilarious and the staff could actually sing and dance. The venue is clean and they sell drinkable wine. The shop is well stocked and reasonable. The food was nice. The swimming pool is lovely. There is plenty of places to walk the dogs and the kids club is awesome .

Lovely, clean chalet. Alot available for the kids and in a great location to explore the surrounding area. Swimming pool bit cold (for babies) & evening entertainment is okay if you like bingo as it takes up a fair chunk of the evening but didn't put us off. Would return
