I recently had my front windshield tinted here and let me just say I was highly disappointed. As soon as I picked up the truck after the install I told the installer the windshield had scratches and he said that they were bubbles and would go away after a few days. I waited almost 2 weeks before going back to let them know the scratches were still there. Buddy told me he would call me back to put me on the schedule and he never did. So I went back and they finally put me on the schedule and redid the tint. Some of the scratches were gone but most stayed. Long story short instead of going back and forth with them about it, I figured I d just share theses pictures in case someone else runs into this issue

I brought in speakers, amps, wiring, and a sub box I wanted installed. When I showed the sales rep what I wanted to have installed he said no problem. There was a loom of 100ft of speaker wire that I wanted to run new wiring to all 4 door speakers and 4way amp. This was the main reason I did not want to install myself... I didn t want to run the wiring. The day I picked up my truck they had cut off all of the harnesses and tapped OEM wiring harness at speakers which was exactly why I brought 100ft of speaker wire... so that they wouldn t cut oem wiring. They also marked up the price another $300 in misc. parts after i went to pick the truck up after installation. I also had to uninstall the sub box because mounting hardware was left out... this took around 2 hours partially because they didn t return the hardware to me and I had to come back into the store and also because I had to line it up.

Two things that disappointed me:
-bait and switch by salesman raising price when I picked up the truck.
-lazy and rushed install by installer leaving out hardware and splicing oem speaker harnesses.

If I had to do it over again I would get in writing exactly what I want to have done rather than assuming that because I provided speaker wire they would use it. I had no idea they were cutting stock harnesses until after it was already done.

Great business. Very helpful and they do very reliable work. The employees have been nothing but informative and respectful. Recommend for anything car audio and window tenting.

Buddy, Paul & William are amazing! If I ever move out of Memphis, I will come back if I need anything done just to come to Sound Waves! Highly recommend these guys for multiple reasons. If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would!

Somewhat a lengthy post, but I promise it's worth the read! To shorten the story a tad... I had a HORRIFC experience with 901 Sounds and Sound Waves came to my rescue, went above and beyond. It is extremely apparent how highly skilled and knowledgeable in the field of work they're in! Something 901 Sounds dropped the ball on, acted unprofessional about, took back to them 10 times within 3 months, then expected me to pay $250 for a part (which wasn't needed even!) & labor - even though they are the ones who messed my install/equipment up! Not to mention they were so rude and mean, they made me cry! I was in Sound Waves for 5 minutes, didn't even have to explain everything before Buddy knew exactly what the problem was, was extremely nice and professional, and had Paul fix me up within 30 minutes! EVERYTHING works as it should now and they cared about the quality of the job they did for me!

Sound Waves has put in Power locks and windows to my Truck, NOT one issue and the people working are super nice and informative. They call you back, explain everything and are honest. I highly recommend them and the work is stellar.

Was waiting to be seen. The two people behind the desk didn t speak and looked to a gentleman that was not even facing me to help me. I just want to be treated like a person.

Had a radio put in and it cost less here than anywhere else I went. It was done better than I expected too. They went the extra mile. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Great Customer Service too. They are very knowledgable. I would recommend them over any other audio store on Memphis.
