Wonderful establishment! So accommodating with appointments; all you need is in this building from spa and gym to Physical Therapy, Acupuncture and Chiropractic wellness. Can't thank Soul Focus enough for working with me and my crazy schedule; they have great hours and did I mention their staff? Everyone makes you feel welcomed and treat you like you're their family - so happy I started with them a year ago! Thank you for all you continue to do for me, and my family and friends!

The team at Soul Focus and Garden State Spine is knowledgeable and will do everything in their power to manage your pain. When I first started at GSSPI besides having leg and back pain my bloodwork was abnormal in many areas. I started with the chiropractor and then saw the nutritionist and received acupuncture. I am now pain free and my bloodwork has improved. I strongly recommend Soul Focus since they take a holistic approach to improving your well being.

Far and away, there is nothing that compares to Soul Focus. The moment you walk through the door stress simply escapes your body. Yes, this is a place where 'sick' people in pain come for treatment, but don't think of it as a 'doctor's office.'

A new-age health and wellness center--certainly ahead of its years--is a better description. The staff and doctors are all smiles and clearly passionate about their work. I was skeptical about chiropractic and acupuncture, but my persisting neck pain told me to try anyway since nothing else was working. I met with Dr. Raj and was blown away by the time and attention he gave me. Most doctors are kind of robotic in their duties and a lot seem to have you wait 30 minutes before treatment begins. Dr. Raj and the other docs who've treated me here are the opposite.

I was greeted in the reception area--after being offered water!--by Dr. Raj himself. Once in the exam room, he talked to me like an old friend. He asked me questions about things that interested me which showed he really cared to get to know who I was, and in between the conversation, he took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing. After he made his assessment we continued to talk and he answered all of my questions without rushing me out the door.

My experiences going for treatment became something I truly looked forward to. Even though I've been pain-free for well over a year, I still make regular visits for chiropractic adjustments (and to workout in their state-of-the-art health club, Focus Fitness--but that's a review for another time).

Changed my Life , in 7 months I'm down 90lbs. They rehabbed my knee, hip and back with Chiro and Physical Therpay Dr Gil and Dr Parth work some serious Magic!The biggest impact for me was tho was working with my Angel of a nutritionist Debra and Vin my trainer who pushed me when I needed that and was in my ear cheering me on everyday. Im still there daily aiming to hit 100lbs this month! And then add a new 50lb goal! Best part is people think I had weight loss surgery cause its been so quick but I didn't I just focused on every angel they gave me and utilized every resource the place offers! What an amazing facility! You are always greeted kindly and courteously. The front desk girls are very knowledgeable and always greet you with a huge smile! The chiropractors at Garden State Spine and Pain Insitute have been life savers for my migraines and back pain. Since I've been getting adjusted on a regular basis, they are nearly nonexistent! Once again, an amazing experience at this beautiful facility. I first learned about it when searching for someone who provided COVID-19 rapid tests. Camille was super friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating. When I arrived at the facility, everyone had an upbeat, positive attitude, which is truly refreshing. Each time I've engaged with Camille via email or spoken to someone over the phone, the experience is still the same, friendly and welcoming. I had my first consultation today for PT and chiropractic services, again, nothing but WOW-treatment. Camille took the time to give me a tour of the facility and a run-down of all of the services they offer. Dr. Anthony Lanzano was very thorough with his review of my medical history and assessment. They offer a team approach with a doctor of chiropractics, nurse practitioner and doctor of physical therapy. I had some radiographs taken, followed by massage, stim and heat, and ended with an amazing adjustment! I feel so much better and relieved to have found a great place to go to for so many needs. Can't wait to check out the rest of their services! I'm confident it will be just as an amazing experience!

This place is Monmouth County's best kept secret. I love the cleanliness of the gym and locker rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities for the price is just something that you can't beat. Glad I made the switch from a gym to an overall health & wellness center.

Had bad lower back problems that would cause pain often. The chiropractic care and physical therapy at Soul Focus really helped with the pain and and I haven't had any lower back issues is quite some time. Really friendly staff.

For 3 years I had neck and shoulder pain that included numbness in my arm and hand. I tried other chiropractors, physical therapy, yoga, stretching, and massage therapy. Nothing helped, and over time it got much worse. I finally went to an orthopedic because the pain was constant and becoming unbearable. More PT, and then finally an MRI which showed 2 herniated discs in my neck. Next step was cervical injections and if that didn t help, surgery. I was not a fan of those options. I went to Dr. Raj about 20 years ago for other issues. Back then, when other chiropractors and doctors didn t help, he did. So I made the appointment to see if Garden State Spine & Pain could once again help. The first few appointments were very difficult, very painful, and left Dr. Graison and myself unsure if chiropractic care and PT would help. I might need to think about orthopedic options. But I stayed consistent and followed all the advice and direction Dr. Lanzano and Dr. Graison. After about 3 weeks I started to notice some relief. Each week I was feeling better and better. And now, 4 months later, I have no pain or discomfort at all! And after 3 years of not being able to exercise at all because any physical activity caused more pain, I am now back to jogging and I am able to start low weight exercises. I call the GSSP/Soul Focus team My Miracle Team. Every single employee there from the receptionists to the massage and PT therapists to the doctors are all friendly, helpful, professional and they truly care!! I would highly recommend Garden State Spine and Pain and Soul Focus to anyone!!

I was sue a refund when the gym closed. Management sent an email stating they would send refunds but never did. When I called to ask about my refund, I was told it was too late. This is not the way to run a business even if you're closing.

Went for "free" consult and ended up paying $100.00! And they haven't send me my receipt as they've promised, it's been over a year now. They will talk you into joining

The trained staff at Soul Focus is a pleasure to work with. They know exactly which areas to work to give me relief.

My friend and I received oxygen facials from Lauren. What a slice of heaven! Not only was the entire experience exceptionally relaxing, but the results were the best I have ever gotten from a facial. We were both amazed by how much smoother and younger our skin looked. We are so excited to see our results after the series.

DO NOT get covid test here!!!!! They advertise a free test but Anita Dagadu-Ogoe a DENTIST from PLAINFIELD NJ submitted a $575 insurance bill for an office visit and a "covid related lab test" at this facility!!! Our insurance company is taking appropriate action and we submitted a complaint with the NJ attorney general! SHAME ON YOU!

if you would have asked me 5 years ago if I would feel as great as I do now, I would have laughed. If it wasn't for Heather Andrews pushing me to better myself and fix the feet/leg issues that caused me pain for over 10 years I wouldn't be where I am today. That said, becoming what I like to call "family" to a place that strives to focus on you and get you back to when you felt great was an experience I have never received anywhere else. The customer services is beyond amazing and that is even an understatement. Not only do they work with you and help you live a better life, they offer more than most places. I not only get treated for my plantar fasciitis and other things, I joined their soul fitness program to gain my strength back, and to put the cherry on the top I get to relax at the soul spa! Thanks Soul Focus for changing my life and making me feel better today than I was 5 years ago!

2 years ago, my shoulder doctor recommended by name a physical therapist who was employed here. I went in for an initial consultation, but they were out of my insurance network, that was that.

Fast forward to today, I have received three text messages, and a harassing phone call, from an automated telemarketer representing Soul Focus, telling me why I should join their gym. I don't even live in the area anymore, and never wanted to join their gym in the first place. I tried to text them "STOP" to unsubscribe, as instructed, after the very first text. And since received 2 more plus the phonecall. Bogus!

The staff alone makes this a great facility, you're always met with a smile and courtesy from everyone you see.
I started going to the fitness center in soul focus a few months back. The gym there is incredible. The staff and equipment are all top notch, and the atmosphere is always a positive one. It has a really welcoming vibe to it.
I've been dealing with neck, shoulder, and back pain for years and my wife, who utilizes every amenity the facility has to offer, suggested I go to the Garden State pain and spine section of the facility and get a consultation. The entire staff there is awesome. The doctors are all very attentive and truly listen to you and guide you throughout the treatment. They ensure that you're always progressing and adjust your treatment accordingly. The results have been incredible for me. I feel and sleep better. I dont ache as much, and my body feels looser, AND I can turn my head to the left! Something I haven't been able to do in years!
A top tier place, you owe it to yourself to check it out.

I just want to recommend the Soul Spa at Soul Focus Wellness Center in Eatontown. I had originally booked a spa day for a bachelorette party in another spa in the area, but they were not very accommodating. After seeing a post about ideas for bachelorette parties, I called and Sandi at Soul Spa helped me to set up the most amazing day for our party! We had our own private relaxation area, that was decorated beautifully, some light food and drinks, access to foot soaks, sauna, and steam room in between treatments! I highly recommend if anyone if looking to do a group spa party, but I will be going back for single treatments as well!

This place is awesome! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I've had physical therapy there 3x a week for almost three weeks, and couldn't be more pleased with my experience thus far. The facility is peaceful, clean, and feels top of the line. My only regret is not coming here sooner!

Been a member for about 4 months now. ridiculously low cost for a premium experience. All updated and working machines, clean, beautiful locker rooms and the customer service/staff friendliness is unparalleled.

I have been coming to Soul Focus for 7 months. Initially, I had lower back and hip pain. I went to physical therapy, saw the chiropractor, and had acupuncture treatment which seemed like forever at first. Due to the nature of my injury and my current line of work, the progress took longer than I anticipated, but I have fully recovered from my chronic back pain. When I reinjured my shoulder, I didn t hesitate to have the staff of Soul Focus develop a plan for my full recovery. I believe it s because the staff work so cohesively together for each of their patients that the recovery rate is so high. All team members know each of the patients and work collaboratively to treat them. I m happy to say, my shoulder is responding much faster than my back and I m already on my way to recovery.

Nine months ago, I moved to Monmouth County, away from the chiropractor/acupuncturist who provided care to me for 30 years. I have an arthritic neck that lost its natural curve years ago. Without regular chiropractic care, I have neck and lower back pain, and sometimes hand cramps and leg pain. When I first started at GSSPI, six months ago, that was the case. Today, I rarely have pain levels above a self-rated 3 on a 10 point scale and it's usually contained just to my neck.

GSSPI's spinal care program is much more extensive than that of most chiropractors. In addition to chiropractic services, they began me on a spinal therapy program, involving nutrients and exercise. The exercise program is helping me to strengthen the muscles around the spine and also focusing on trying to increase the curve of my neck. The staff and management at Soul Focus are terrific. My treatment is discussed at staff meetings so that everyone is on the same page as I progress through my treatment plan. I should also mention my great satisfaction with GSSPI's appointment making process, use of text reminders on appointments, and satisfaction of my insurance company's rather onerous requirements with regard to chiropractic treatment plans. Insurance has paid for all chiropractic and spinal therapy services without a hitch and I am never billed after-the-fact for amounts that my insurance company will not pay. I've just convinced my husband to also put himself in Dr. Raj's hands. He's begun seeing GSSPI's physical therapist and chiropractors, and I have confidence that they can put him on the road to spinal health, as well.

Came here to pick up covid rapid test. Didn't have to leave my Car. The employee was very nice and spoke with me about another service that was available that they have. Everything was done safely from my car. Very professional.

I can't say enough amazing things about Soul Focus. I currently receive health and wellness services from Nutritionist, Debra Dayton, B.S.B.A., CL.N and Personal Training from Stephanie. I have never felt better in my life. Not only are they exceptional professionals but they are genuine in their care and attention. They take their jobs very seriously and also know when to laugh and perhaps not take things too seriously, which means a lot to me. It's nice to be working so hard towards my goal of feeling and looking better and enjoying and having fun while doing it. If you are looking for people who understand how hard it can be to make changes and learn healthier habits, this is the place. I can't thank Debra and Steph ENOUGH for helping me to feel as good as I do today and I know it's only going to get better! Thank you!

Loved this gym when I went! Unfortunately they lost me due to their closing hours and my work hours not lining up. If this place closed later at around 11 or midnight, no doubt I will be back! That's a promise!

I have had knee pain for 39 years I was at my wits end in pain I did not want knee surgery surgery. Well I got stem cell therapy 3 month ago and have no pain I can bend my knee I am a lot happier less pain person

The PT team is the best! Dr. Parth and Fran work with you one-on-one at each visit to help you resolve any issues you are dealing with. Amy is extremely knowledgeable and patient -- she never hesitates to go out of her way for you. Kingsley is the master of acupuncture -- always has resolutions for my issues, lowers my stress and sends me on my way happy and peaceful. I have never felt better and I could not ask for more. Everyone here is so nice, energetic, helpful and knowledgeable. I went in with a horrible headache one day and after just one adjustment the tension was gone and the relief was amazing! If you are like me and get tension and stress headaches, Dr.B or Dr. Gill are the men you want to see ! Only place to ever solve my headache issues ! I couldn t be more thankful!

Great place. I look forward to my super friendly getting from Brandy, and Keith is a ridiculously talented deep tissue massage therapist. He's resolved some *seriously* messed up IT band issues over the course of just a few sessions. The service isn't cheap, but it *is* a solid notch up and worth every dollar.

To describe my experience a few words come to mind amazing, awesome, kind, caring, professional, peaceful. I could go on for days. I feel like I am one lucky lady to have such ppl on my side to try and help me get as healthy as I can. I am a very complex case with to many healthy issues to name BUT from the first time I walked in with a friend who teaches Zumba there Dr. Randy spoke to me and said I promise you we will help you! He was so right! After many fail attempts to try to find a pt doc/ nutrientist soul focus took ME on no hesitation. Dr Jolene is just the best! She just ROCKS! She makes me feel like there is a chance I can get stronger and healthier despite all my medical issues. Deb my nutrientist is just amazing. She is the first Nutrienist to get me to loose weight. She helps me physically and mentally. The staff EVERYONE and I MEAN EVERYONE who works there are as kind and great as can be. A added bonus the place is beautiful Nd has such a peaceful feeling to it. I would say to anyone out there if u think u want to try DO IT you will.not be sorry. They have given me some of my life back and I am so blessed and thankful.

DO. NOT. GO HERE FOR YOUR COVID TEST!! I received my pcr covid test on monday the 11th, and didn t get my results until FRIDAY. The patient portal, STILL, says my results are pending. On friday i received another covid test from a different testing site, and i received a call the following monday from the monmouth county health department department to discuss my positive results from friday s test. i told the person from the health department i also tested positive from my monday test, and they had NO EVIDENCE of my pcr test from soul focus. you would think at almost a year of covid they would have their acts together, but they absolutely do not.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Everyone takes the time out of their day to say hello or just to see how you are doing. If I am training with one trainer and another trainer is on the floor and sees that my form is off, they would stop what they are doing and correct my form or give me some tips. I joined Soul Focus about 4 months ago and have been doing the small group training classes and also training with Vin. I recently started using the PT side (Garden State Pain & Spine) for my back and definitely see an improvement. They all work with each other to make you a the better you that you want to be! Thanks to everyone at Soul Focus for an amazing job and atmosphere!

Approximately 7 years ago, my back pain due to a herniated disc became so severe and limiting that I was certain it would end my career both as a dentist and as a person who values daily exercise. Fortunately, at that same time, I met Dr Raj Gupta and his team at Garden State Spine and Pain Institute. Today, my pain is completely under control. I have never had surgery, I am feeling great, and I am now able to work as hard as ever AND to run 3-6 miles easily and pain free.

Dr Gupta and his team have helped me to regain a quality of life I never, ever thought I could recapture. Gone are the excruciating attacks that hurt my life every day. And, at age 59, I am now able not only to do whatever I want every day; I'm also able to set the realistic goal of running a 10K- and perhaps more- before and after my 60th birthday. I joined Soul Focus and few months ago for the classes. So far its been a great experience. It's always nice to walk in and recieve a smile from the young lady at the front desk :0) I attend the small group training 5 times a week. I also train with Paul and attend the warrior training on Sundays with Don. I can't say enough anout all the trainers! I love each and everyone of their workouts! I can't imagine myself anywhere but at Soul Focus. It feels like a second home.

The staff is AMAZING they are CARING and very patient.. I have been going for little over a year and they can't get rid of me. The pain I use to have was so bad I couldn't move. I felt like I was 90 years old. The Drs.(Parth and Chris) listened and took note of my concerns and I have been getting better ever since. It's a one stop shop they provide so many services in one place. They listen and remember the little things which makes me feel like they truly care and I'm not just another insurance payment . DR. Parth and DR.Chris dont just work on you they explain to you and teach you. Everyone is all smiles and they are very knowledgeable. I've been a member here for a long time now and have to say it's great. Everyone from the managers to the members are friendly. It's by far the cleanest gym I've been to and that includes the locker room and showers. Can't say enough good things about my experience here. This is not a meat locker or pick-up joint,it's an executive gym. So on behalf of the members, if you are going to join I do ask you to be cool and not a d-bag.
