Delicious! We held a private event at Sotto for lunch, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, responding to everything we needed! The food was incredibly delicious. Specifically, the short rib cappellacci and the ricotta doughnuts with salted caramel sauce: to die!

Food made to order. Romantic setting for a long meal, perfect for celebrating with the one you love. Server was nice and made us sample the wine before we purchased the bottle. Food was made to order. Short rib cappellacci was a perfect starter, bite size and tasted fresh. Steak was well seasoned (slightly more rare than expected) but accompanied by two hearty sides. The Ricotta Doughnuts are by far the best on the menu..

The environment alone is incredible here. Looks like a place where rich Italian vampires hang out lol by that i mean very classy, Italian, and its Litteraly in a renovated cellar.
The food was to die for, the service was very professional. Me n all my friends had a fantastic time here, and i got to try a few new things idnever had before. 10/10 much recommend

We didn't have a reservation because they were bookedw so we planned to eat at the bar when a couple of seats opened. It was busy too! But, a very generous soul managing the bookings said shhh, we're working in squeezing you in! And he did. Awesome!!!

They have Hendricks so I had my favourite g&t
cocktail and the DD had lovely dark beer. With dinner we split a bottle of one of the best Cabernet Sauvignons I've ever had.

Our server recommended choosing two items from both the left and right side of the menu after explaining it. But we love cheese and bruschetta and salad so much we went rebel and ordered three from the left. The blue cheese dipped in a bit of honey was to die for.

From the right side we ordered what was like an angel hair pasta in butter and sprinkled with truffle. It's named much fancier than that but OMG it was so good. The second item was the sea bass. My least fav item of the meal but no less amazing.

For desert we got the donuts and the mousse. The actual dishes were more complex than that and so damn good.

The best thing is the meal was served family-style but were not huge portions. Just right so you could enjoy that baby courses and not feel like you're going to die from over eating.

We had a fun night in a great place that I intend to revisit.

Was a wonderful experience. Great design and interesting materials used throughout restaurant. Hard to beat the special ambiance of this place. A must see for italian food lovers wanting a great meal in a sexy spot. And yes, the short rib pasta was amazing.

The food, service, and atmosphere is consistently wonderful here. I went for a work lunch, but appreciate it can work just as well for a dinner. The food was delicious, and is never overly heavy.

Plus, the donuts at the end are incredible. A delightful way to end the meal.

I dined here on Wednesday night as a 1 year annive...

I dined here on Wednesday night as a 1 year anniversary dinner with my partner and I could not have been happier.

My server was lovely and excited to talk about the menu, even going as far as to tell me to get something other than I had actually chosen as they thought it was such a good item on the menu.

I started with the garlic bread, black kale caesar, and mozzerella di bufula. The kale was fresh and nicely marinated before being tossed in a flavorful (but light!) caesar dressing and topped with great quality Parmesan. The bread had a nice scorch on one side which gave it a lovely crunch. The mozzerella di bufula was smooth and topped with sweet basil and sundried tomatoes - I swear, I could just eat a bowl of their basil. Such high quality.

For the pasta dish, we got the suggestion from our server of a stuffed pasta filled with short rib, shallots, and other spices - in a thyme cream sauce. The texture on the pasta itself was delicate and obviously freshly made. My partner was ecstatic about how delicious it was! Followed up by the Branzino and bean main. The skin on the fish was cooked perfectly, with a crispy, flavor-packed skin that didn't take away from the light, slightly sweet flavor of the meat. It basically melted in your mouth in a way that only top quality fish can.

Finished with a few of their Pale Lagers that were made specifically for Sotto in conjunction with Listermann brewing and it was a perfect end to a perfect meal.

Will be coming back soon. Highly Recommend.

This minimal street entrance hides an amazing Italian eatery and cocktail bar. All the pasta is hand made and the texture is perfect al dente. The menu is short and rotates seasonally, exactly what I want from a restaurant. I want the chef to take me on a curated culinary tour. About 8 or so starters, 4 first courses, 4 second courses and various rotating specials. Pictured was a dueling white and black truffle pasta and ravioli. Cocktails are refined and on par with a craft speakeasy. Large wine list as well. Would definitely recommend. Pricey but worth it.

Went here for group business lunch. Loved the ambiance and the decor. Frisee salad with tuna was very good. I tried the short ribs pasta that another person in our group ordered and now want to come back so I can get it for myself!

This is by far, hands down, my favorite restaurant in the world. Every time we have been here the food, staff and atmosphere is amazing. The pasta is everything you could ever want. Great cocktails, and dessert as well. We are so lucky to have this place so nearby. Perfection.

Over the top authentic. Cellar level gives it a candle lit romantic charm. No less charm from seating host, waiters and staff. Desert must ''doughnut balls in powdered sugar hot to your table with 3 dipping flavors. Get it with vanilla gelato too... and double espresso.

I was lucky enough to get a reservation for Katie Parla's visit to Sotto in March of this year. The occasion being perfect for my wife's birthday celebration.

Excellent combinations of wines and dishes filled the night.
