We have been working with SOS Support for a while now and would give them 10 stars if that was possible. Awesome company, great services, and the technicians are always so polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!!

I've worked with SOS Support for the past couple of months and their level of service and expertise are great. They can take care of anything from simple in-home tech support to things like building servers for large companies. Jason, the owner, is awesome, and I've met a few others on their team and they have been great to work with. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for IT services.

They are a wonderful group of people to work with and are truly dedicated to making the customer happy. They went above and beyond the call of duty and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

We have been using them for our company for the last few months and they have been incredibly responsive to our firms needs. On a personal note, I had a home computer that was having some issues that they looked at. They quoted me a figure based on what they thought was the problem but after getting in to it they found it to be a more comprehensive problem. They spent far more hours than what they intended but still honored their initial quote. I would recommend this company.

No matter how good your systems are they will go down, parts will break etc. What separates the good from the bad is how does your provider support you. I manage a Houston business from Utah and can't risk lack of connectivity. Jason is good! Really good.

My company has used SOS for 4 months on a "break-fix" contract because my boss was hesitant to invest in an IT organization that was non-responsive and took days to fix issues, which had been the experience with the last IT person they used. Happily, SOS is exceptionally responsive and has handled each and every one of our "issues" efficiently and effectively. They worked with Comcast to resolve speed issues, installed a new firewall, worked with my off-site engineers to insure access to the VPN, and have done remote work to resolve virus and malware issues. They proved time and time again that the really did what they claimed they'd do.

My major goal in outsourcing IT was to let the brilliant engineers BE brilliant engineers instead of IT problem solvers. When we first had internet issues (connectivity and speed) we had hours of wasted time and when I looked at the hourly rates for employees and multiplied it by the hours wasted the number was MUCH smaller than payment for a monthly contract. One afternoon of wasted manpower would pay the SOS bill for months.

Do we have a positive ROI? YES!!! Am a getting enough "bang for my buck" to justify the expense? YES!! Are my engineers able to engineer? YES!! Is everyone in the office happier? YES!!!

SOS has been invaluable and has allowed my employees to focus on their key performance indicators!! They are responsive, talented, and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure we are connected and protected.

SOS support is awesome! I had problems with my printer spooler that there was no way I was going to figure out. It seems that the problem was much greater than I thought it would be. SOS had their people come to my house and work through the problems. It took a minute to figure out exactly where the problem was, but they stayed on it until it was solved. They followed up in the days after the repair to make sure no issues were recurring. On time and timely, that is SOS support. I wouldn't use any other company for my computer issues and maintenance. Amazing!

You should choose SOS Support for your IT solution...

You should choose SOS Support for your IT solutions they do it all and take the frustration out of managing IT. SOS Support is very knowledgeable and very willing to roll up their selves to work to fix problems. In the past some of the IT companies we had did not working well with our connections which made it very difficult. It is very nice to work with SOS Support, they are very proactive, keep things secure and stay ahead of potential problems. We chose SOS Support several years ago and have been very very happy with them!!!

I'm an office manager at a chiropractic clinic and we absolutely LOVED our experience with SOS Support! The appointment process is easy and they were quick to fulfill our IT needs. The technician was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend SOS Support to anyone and I look forward to a long business relationship with them!

When Jason came for consultation he did not pressure me to buy unnecessary equipment. He just listened to the needs I wanted. Jason was the only one when I said I currently had computer issues took the time to look at the problem at no cost and gave me suggestions to try.
I really appreciated that he was willing to help with issues I was having at no cost and without pressuring me to sign up with them.

Jason and his staff do an amazing job of taking care of all our computer and networking needs at the Big Sky Conference. They are very responsive to our service calls and are also cost conscious. The personal touch is what makes a difference with them. By that, I mean if it's an emergency for you , then it is for them too. I highly recommend them.

I contacted SOS support for the first time to see ...

I contacted SOS support for the first time to see if they could help our small business with our internet connection. SOS dove in immediately and had us up and running perfectly in one day with no down time. I was extremely grateful that they could do so, especially given the very short notice I gave them.
