My company has used SOS for 4 months on a "break-fix" contract because my boss was hesitant to invest in an IT organization that was non-responsive and took days to fix issues, which had been the experience with the last IT person they used. Happily, SOS is exceptionally responsive and has handled each and every one of our "issues" efficiently and effectively. They worked with Comcast to resolve speed issues, installed a new firewall, worked with my off-site engineers to insure access to the VPN, and have done remote work to resolve virus and malware issues. They proved time and time again that the really did what they claimed they'd do.

My major goal in outsourcing IT was to let the brilliant engineers BE brilliant engineers instead of IT problem solvers. When we first had internet issues (connectivity and speed) we had hours of wasted time and when I looked at the hourly rates for employees and multiplied it by the hours wasted the number was MUCH smaller than payment for a monthly contract. One afternoon of wasted manpower would pay the SOS bill for months.

Do we have a positive ROI? YES!!! Am a getting enough "bang for my buck" to justify the expense? YES!! Are my engineers able to engineer? YES!! Is everyone in the office happier? YES!!!

SOS has been invaluable and has allowed my employees to focus on their key performance indicators!! They are responsive, talented, and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure we are connected and protected.
