Convenient, friendly, social distancing and masks required.

Metro buses discriminate against handicapped people. I am on crutches and have been for 5 years due to my condition. Metro drivers regularly pass me by at bus stops because they don't like handicapped passengers. Further, I am often forced to ride standing on one leg because I cannot get into regular seats and all handicapped seats are almost always taken by non handicapped passengers. Lastly, I have litteraly bounced my face off the hard floor 3 times this year because the drivers, when they let me on the bus, like to push the gas peddle to the floor right as I turn away from paying the fare and we'll before I can grab a pole and stand on one leg for the ride. Do not use Metro buses or any of their services if you have any other options. Sadly, I don't, so I'll just have to get used to broken noses and waiting for 2 or 3 buses to go by before one will stop for me even when I crutch out into the street and wave my crutches in the air.

Horrible maintenance on our bus service we pay taxes on

Metro DESERTS SCHOOL KIDS ROUTINELY! My son is one of hundreds, if not thousands of kids who rely on dedicated Metro school routes to get to and from school. Once again this morning (4th time in 6 weeks) the driver breezed on by kids standing in plain sight at their regular, designated stop. And once again, I called to complain but had to leave a voice message. And once again, hours later...still no response. SORTA wants more taxpayer money. Start being a good steward and take care of our kids. Until then...no way will I support more funds for SORTA. They endanger our kids routinely.

I like when the building change color like a chameleon lizard

Its raining outside 8:00 at night and the driver of the 11 route just completely ignored me at the bus stop!!! And waved me off when I tried to flag her down she should be fired!!! I was yelling and banging on the bus terrible I will be filing a complaint on her

Many rude drivers who do not respond when you speak or ask a question. Have been blown by when waiting at stops for the bus and they do not stop. When you call about safety issues, administration does not follow up and is not concerned.

The drivers have a very hard job, keeping every passenger Safe & keeping a schedule. I will always Respect them their hard work.!!!

Poor Services to the Elderly and Handicap of Cincinnati Ohio.I myself wittnessed flippant and perfunctory behaviors as I was entering and leaving the bus stops of Mt.Washington Ohio.
I hate to see anyone get mistreated and our elderly and handicap people of Mt.Washington are being so disrespected by 24 route drivers.I have no car I need a ride too! I also got refused service.So sad in the hot day of cincy weather I have severe asthma myself.I myself walk 30 minutes to Beechmont Avenue so they are aware!!! We are on route on Sutton Avenue as well!
