Please don t order via this company. It s been over three weeks and still no delivery of order. No communication from seller and absolutely no idea if or when my order will arrive and yet they re still selling their products with no regard for customers still outstanding.
Ordered via Not On the High Street. Item not received despite it saying it has been delivered and company not answering calls or responding to messages.
They advertise on their site "1-3 Day Delivery", when it's been almost a month to receive a print product. Paid for package tracking and they provide little to no updates. Their customer service is not helpful whatsoever. If you're trying to purchase for a specific date/milestone, do not. Won't even get there in time. At this point I don't need the product anymore.

I ordered from this company via not on the high street. I got email confirmation my order had been accepted and will dispatch 7th Dec. Had no further correspondence from them and have sent numerous emails to chase if this is on track before Xmas. No response at all. Had to get in contact with not on the high street for them to tell me, they aren t sure what date my item will be dispatched as they cannot keep up with the amount of orders they are making. Disappointing, I would accept this if they contacted me to tell me this last week - not via another company and a week after I should have received the item. Avoid.
Ordered a Christmas bauble for my baby girls first Christmas. Auto-correct changed her middle name and I forgot to check before confirming so when I received the item I realised it was incorrect and Sophia sent me out a new block free of charge due to the inconvenience. Customer service is A*! Got back to me the next day and reshipped my order out. Highly recommend x
I placed two orders with this company through NotonthehighStreet and was told delivery would be 5 December, I have received nothing, nor heard anything, I emailed them no response, called them numerous times no response, I would definitely not recommend placing any order
Placed an order on the 24th November 2018 via notonthehighstreet. Update on my account saying that it would be dispatched by the 4th December - not received anything. I've asked for an update from Sophie Victoria Joy numerous times now and no response. Very frustrating as it is a gift for someone. Very bad reflection on notonthehighstreet. I understand that it is Christmas and everyone is extremely busy but not to provide your customer with an update is very bad service and extremely frustrating.

I contacted the company and they were so helpful, took the time to get my order just right, and got it to me quicker than I thought was even humanly possible! (normal postage!)

The order was easy to make, communication good and delivery fast (even though I was a pain changed my delivery address last minute due to an error on my part!) nothing was too much hassle. The products were great quality and I was so thrilled when I opened the box, they were safe and perfectly packaged. Ordered a few times from these. The personalised products are nice, but delivery and customer services let the company down. Customer services do not reply to emails or company platform websites and items are not shipped on time (no contact is made to explain why or apologise).
Completely disappointed and disgusted with the service of this company.
Placed an order over 2 weeks ago in hope it would arrive before Christmas given the delivery estimations on the website.
However I have still yet to recieve these items and they are simply no good to me now. I have emailed the company continuously about this and I have had a reply basically saying they are sorry and can't do much about it. Telling me I should have chosen a next day delivery option! But there was no next day option which is why I had no choice but to choose standard delivery. I have still heard nothing back from them and still no products to show for the money they have debited from my account. Very unrealiable and unhelpful organisation.
I will definitely not ever use this company again due to this terrible experience.

Terrible company. Ordered a personalised gift through Not on High Street back on 30th November with delivery promised last week. Still nothing and all attempts at communication have been ignored. They debited my account immediately so out of pocket too. Please avoid this absolute shambles of a company.

I ordered a personalised photo frame for an anniversary gift and it was absolutely perfect! It looked exactly as advertised and the ordering process was easy. It arrived early and although the Perspex was slightly scratched on arrival, I emailed the company and they replied the same day and sent a replacement piece without any bother. Very happy with the product and amazing customer service, it was really appreciated. They even replied when I emailed to ask if it was ready for dispatch. I bought 2 items through NOTHS from this company on 02/12/18 - payment taken straight away, items not delivered and no response from them. NOTHS confirmed this company have big issues so beware - they ve squandered probably the most lucrative time if the year. Buy elsewhere. And give me my money back.
Ordered from this company when I found them on Not On The High Street. Service through the site was quick and efficient, the personalised plate I received was great.
After receiving the first item, I then ordered directly from their own website. Again service was efficient. I received direct emails, not just the automatic emails you receive after placing an order. The personalised bowls were exactly as they look on the website. Both orders were packed with plenty of bubble wrap, and arrived within the 1-3 days as advised.
Disappointed with the size of the pictures in the frame, also expected glass but it's plastic which cheapens the product. As they were my favourite pictures from.my babies first year I reprinted & bought better frames locally. Unfortunately would not recommend.
I guess judging by the plethora of similar reviews I have to accept that I won't be getting a replacement for the broken gift decoration I ordered a month ago. I completely understand being flooded with orders as a small business. It's stressful and scary, the best thing you could have done was to close shop, refund your orders and concentrate on your back log.
As for the quality of the decorations, the two glitter ones were fine. The 'copper' ones, were brown pieces of wood. The packaging was inadequate and that's why they were broken. Just shoved into an envelope inside of a plastic bag. Little pieces of wood were always going to break.
I have contacted you three times for a replacement and not even an acknowledgement, that's just sad and a poor show tbh. Sadly, I won't be using you again.

I've tried to sort something out with the seller through 3 different platforms yet the Sophiavictoriajoy seems to think ignoring their customers & their concerns is the best way to deal with this.

This company is a con - I found a website while looking for a phone number called glass door with 2 ex employees revealing what really goes on. It seems the owner has no input at all, treats staff badly and deliberately advertises items they cannot make just to make money and then ignore customers. It seems most of the staff have walked out in the last few weeks yet the shop is continuing to accept new orders knowing full well they will not be fulfilled. I ordered a sack for my baby's first Christmas and a photo gift for grandparents - over 5 weeks later and nothing, same as everyone else commenting on social media (although the company find the time to delete the negative comments, just not to reply to their messages!) sounds like I had a lucky escape if comments on the quality are anything to go by - but still, not really the point!

Really poor customer service. I ordered a personalised Christmas bauble 3 weeks ago now (paid on the day of order) and I'm still waiting for the item to be delivered. I have contacted the company several times for shipping info but I have not heard anything back. Very disappointed. Ordered a personalised Milkshake jar. Such poor quality product and service. The lid started rusting after one hand wash so asked for a new one, next one came with the biggest scratches on top. Was told that it was how it should be when the scratches were clearly man-made. Was sent a thrid one with still as many scratches. It's not about the money but it is very disappointing as most of those personalised presents go towards children.

I have ordered from SVJ before and coudn't have been happier. However my most recent experience has been appalling and just goes to show the company can't manage their workload or communication. I have ordered after the Christmas cut off so can't really complain about not receiving my items in time however it has now been over a month and I haven't had any reply to my emails either. I do like the products but after this experience I won't be coming back as you have to value your customers all year round.
I ordered a medium sized framed collage and am delighted with it. I was sent an email to confirm the pictures were correctly placed and sized and my order was sent quickly after. My order was packaged well and customer service has been great throughout. Would recommend as a thoughtful gift

Wow, what a lovely frame! I ordered this for my mums 60th and I am so, so happy woth the end result, I cannot wait to give it to her. The service was great too, I had made an error with the text, I sent an email and had a prompt reply. They also emailed me to let me know that they couldn t fit in the photo and would I like to change which I was so happy with as they didn t just go with the original. I was sent a proof before confirming and it was delievered so quickly. I would most definitely recommend and will most definitely be returning for more of their products! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!
Would never use again. Ordered 13th of December. Chased around 21st. No response. Checked out visitor posts to their Facebook page it seemed I wasn't the only one. People who ordered in November were also chasing and not getting responses. Contacted owners on their Facebook and Instagram as I couldn't afford to lose money on presents that were never going to arrive. No response. When they eventually did reply on Christmas Eve I was told they had finished Xmas orders on 6th Dec and should have seen the banner (there was no banner on their website, fb, Instagram). Even if they had a response earlier on to say it won't be with you until after Christmas would have been helpful!!! Awful customer service! Rubbish response!! You clearly let a lot of people down for Christmas judging by all the comments everywhere. There was no banner on Not on the high street. People who ordered in November did not get their items. You didn't respond to them either. Not a good idea to go off the radar over the whole of the December month.

Made and paid for my order on December 6th, nothing has arrived, no responses to emails, or answering the phone. Wish had looked at the reviews in advance....shameful behavior of this company. One of my purchases never turned up and the one that did was terrible quality. Several attempts to contact and no reply until my 5th email, hopefully will be sorted soon after 4 months of trying to get my purchase or money back !! Won't use them again that's for sure
Made an order 1st December, over 3 weeks later still no delivery despite two failed promises to delivery on 17th and 22nd December. It's now too late as I leave to visit family, of which some won't be getting a gift this year. Disgusting service, zero customer service. Even though the initial product was damaged upon receipt a refund was applied and a replacement product sent in time for Mothers Day.

This doesn't even deserve one star. Image 3 is what I ordered. Image 1 and 2 are what I received. I contacted SophieVictoriaJoy on Etsy to voice my disappointment and ask where the other 3 blocks were as I thought they had made a mistake. I was told 'I am sorry that you feel that our adverts are misleading'. Surely if an item is advertised as a 'Personalised Baby Keepsake Nautical Building Block' with the attached image of 5 blocks, you would expect to receive exactly this, 5 blocks, including the nautical themed blocks? Otherwise how can you advertise this as Nautical themed? Had to go and buy another gift. No offer of refund. Very disappointed with Sophie Victoria Joy and Etsy for allowing her to use their site.

Horrendous! Spent 2 and half weeks trying to make contact regarding an order for my parents special anniversary & they couldn t even be bothered to reply! I contacted Not on the High Street to get some answers, only to be told that this company would now not be sending any more orders until January! Even though I was originally told 7 days turnaround! Then the company just ignored all my messages! I now have to start looking for something else with hardly any time left, very stressful and upsetting, and this business didn t even have the decency to reply to me or inform me themselves! Still no response at all. Just awful & worst experience I ve had with any seller on NOTHS, no respect or care for customers at all.
