A very good company to work for and caring management
I have been working here for more than half a year now in HR team and it has been experience full of learning and doing what I love the most. Knitter has always given me opportunity to share my thoughts, as flat hierarchy exist in real.
Knitter has given best virtual onboarding experience while delivery of system to work ASAP.
WFH option is provided to all of us untill situation of COVID is back to normal.

I have been working here from last 9 months, friendly environment, good work culture, recognising and appreciating the work makes company better place to work. Knitter gave me a career push Which I dreamt off, opportunity to polish my skillsets .
I have not come across such unprofessional people who literally manipulate words to give an excuse not to pay their employees. I'm very sure they have asked their family friends to give 5 star for their so called social firm. They have used my friend's work even before he joined the company and he had to go through so much trouble because of them and they proved that they have 0 empathy even to think for providing solutions for rural segment. This is preposterous, how they try to defend not to pay a small amount for that individual who has committed to his work before even he could join. He shifted cities and became covid positive and these people, forget about paying a penny, they didnot even sent a caring message.
One of the most unprofessional company I've had the luck of not working.
1.They ignore their employees when they are
sick and need help. Where is damn
compassion?
2. They tell New hires that they will get X
amount while the interview and surprise,
within 10 days, that same amount is
deducted by half.
No person with a sense of self respect should join this company.
It is a great platform to learn more and excel in your career. I have recently joined here and I can see myself growing professionally and personally both. I always wanted to work in a company whose company culture should be good and also the management should be supportive and I find both here. A great platform it is to enhance your skills.

A dishonest and unprofessional employer:
I have shifted from New Delhi to Bangalore for the job last month. I got tested positive for COVID19 because of the travel, upon severe chest pain and breathing difficulties I was admitted. Due to my health and the unavoidable circumstances I had to resign the job (I had a fear for my life as I got tested positive for COVID19). I was shocked to discover, when I asked for my salary the employer disabled my official email and other access. They did this act even before accepting or acknowledging my official resignation. Interestingly, when I was unwell and bedridden the HR department never reached out to me for a discussion about the resignation and to know about my ailing health.
After several emails and requests the HR (Mamatha) contacted me over phone. Where she assured me that I will receive my outstanding salary but before that she asked me to mail her the timeline and details of my daily tasks.
Today (Friday 3rd September 2020), I received an email from the HR department which states, the team members haven't received any work of mine till date. I have worked really hard to the bone, they even made me to work on weekends and after office hours. I have all the records of works that I have done during my tenure. Basically they have formed a cabal against me and denying my hard-earned money now. I was physically and emotionally exploited by the employer.
Mr. Dinesh, I really feel pity about the company where you talk about connecting rural population through the business model, but if you can't be honest and empathatic to your employees then how can you be knitting the minds of rural population.
No concern for the employee.. Very bad management ethics..
A friend of mine relocated to Bangalore to join this company. Sadly, inbetween transit he contracted Covid 19. He was under lot of pressure so had to quit for his good health. Later when my friend asked this company to pay for the numbers of days he worked. They slammed the door in a very unprofessional way. THEY DIDN'T TREATED HIM WELL IN A CRISIS. They even made him work on sundays. Please refrain from joining such a fraud company. It will be a waste of talents and energy. They make you to work for free. It's an unethical company. They won't support you in any kind of crisis. I have enough evidence to support my comments about the organisation.
