What started as a positive collaboration with broker Job and later broker Jeffrey, ended in a disappointing collaboration with Marc, also owner of Sopar Makelaars. Marc has absolutely no connection with potential buyers in the higher segment. He also comes across insecure and is often too long-winded. After Sopar failed to sell our house for three years, we managed to sell our house ourselves. After these three years of cooperation with Sopar Makelaars, it appeared that there was little empathy between Sopar on the one hand and buyers and sellers on the other. Certainly the settlement with Sopar Makelaars has turned out to be a disappointment.
