I found a 2012 Excursion on the internet (Facebook) that had only 13k miles on it. I was interested enough that I messaged them and asked why such low miles and was there anything that needed disclosed. I received no response immediately and I followed up with a phone call. I asked aoutthe miles and He told me specifically that" It might have been a person that left it down here for the summer and only used it occasionally. I asked him for a car fax and he said he would text it to me. I waited but I told him that I would be making the trip from Ocala to his lot to see it. Since there was nothing to disclose that I could get from him I drove there. After fighting traffic for a long time I arived and met a nice young man that took me to the car and I noticed that it looked like it had a lot of wear for the miles, like it had been sitting outside for some time. Door interior tops were baked and some things looked neglected. I asked him to explain the paint on the passenger side rear quarter panel and he said that it had some work from a "small accident" on that panel' HE said he had the paperwork. Before he could go get it and the car fax that he never texted me, I found the Work Order from the body shop in the glove box. I said to him after reading it. Small accident? Say $6k of repair is not that small. It had been worked from the rt rear passenger door replacement through the back hatch, all replaced including bumper. He said it was not that bad and he had pictures.. I said, what do you mean, Does this have a clean title? He said no it is a salvage... I told him that I drove with traffic over 2.5 hours and I asked you if there was anything I needed to know or you could disclose and You tell me this now. I told him to move his car so my wife and I could leave. I told him that They should be required to disclose salvage car title in the advertising. He said Okay. We left immediately. I would not do business with men who Lie by not telling the full story. I have had family in the Automotive business for many years and I have never had my time wasted let alone my fuel by a car salesman. BUYERS BEWARE at this place, you might never know what you are looking at and for the worst of it what you end up with.

I bought a 2015 Van Dodge and was very well attended.

REBUILT CARS !!!! I hope that new people who arrive here, sometimes with great difficulty, little money and misinformation, or believers in the honesty of their countrymen, will read the reviews of this store before buying! Selling a rebuilt car is even acceptable, as long as previously informed! It is possible to be successful without having to deceive people! I hope that with the amount of negative comments here, the store starts to be at least transparent with customers !!!

Not happy at all this company it is fraudulent we got a car from hear was told it was a brand new car and come to find out it was not we found out that the title is salvaged we have had to come back to this place about 6 time in a month and the owner has no regards to what type of business he dose he tells people that he is a honest person he is not I am still waiting for him to give us the 500 dollars for have to fix moter mounts on a car he told us was brand new he call us over and over again to buy the car now that we have is and there's problems with the car he is avoiding us not returning call and having us drive a almost 2 hours away to stand outside the shop waiting for him to show that's not a honest person at all don't waist your time or get a headache with this company go some ware else because we sure wish we did

sold me a car without verbal or written document that vehicle had a rebuilt title, omission that caused me to make and uninformed decision. the individual in finance was asked if title is clean and responded "yes" ask for carfax, responses " we are small dealership, it cost too much, big dealers can purchase Carfax in bulk"....suggestion, Do Not buy vehicle from any dealership that don't provide Carfax ...unless you want to pay for rebuilt or salvage title..i found out when i tried to trade at a big dealership and found my trade is not worth anything due to rebuilt title ...the vehicle clean cosmetically, but was written off as a loss per carfax. Contacted them , no response, not their problem, yet? Finance company maybe aware of these practices , informing me to contact dealership...lol...dealership did there maleficent. finance company representative cannot give me his superior phone number, yet...Be Aware!

I have purchased a car there 3 months ago and so far, i have had no problems. The price was fair and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to my friends.

We bought a car with normal market price, semi-new, but in the heat of business was not informed that it was recovery, ie a car of below market value.
Being all in English, using terms we don't know, we are feeling misled and the store owner says he is not worried after all offering assistance. LOL

I was pulling out of the driveway next to this business and a man from this business was blowing off their sidewalk. He had no regard to where he was blowing any of it. He approached a pile he had and blew it directly in my car. Of course it's a beautiful day today so my windows are down. It all came right inside my car and in my face. He didn't even try to apologize just smiled at me.

I Will never rate this business for their services or products as the ignorance of people representing them will prevent me from ever considering doing business here.

Best dealership ever !! I already bought several cars with them, never ever had any issues with the cars !! The employees are very polite as well, they will help you with everything you need it !! I highly recommend it !!

My first purchase of a vehicle and they sold me a damaged vehicle when driving 1 hour and 20 minutes from orlando to ocala the vehicle began to heat up and turn on the warning lights with oil pressure problems and many other things ... think twice Before buying here I do not recommend them and the customer service is very bad. The owner enzo a person as they call here in the US money hugry no sense of humanity with the consumer. People like this should not have anything in life ... . Since humanity is synonymous with understanding the buyer and understanding that what you sell is useless .... my recommendation, do not buy cars here. !!! Look at the comments of other consumers, the same thing happened to them, they were deceived ... and the positive reviews they have are from their same employees ... the majority

This place actually sells really good cars at a very very very good rate I personally know the owner and he is a great guy family oriented and he will be able to work with you regardless of your credit so if you're looking for affordable car at affordable rate but getting more than you pay for is the place for you to go the CEO is name is Luciano and go down and see him and he will take care of you very very well

The worst dealership i ever went to. after we had a deal i went to bring the money from the car and when i camed back to the office they change their words and the owner for the place sayed i will not sale the car and he was very disrespectful.

Although the place is not luxurious like other dealerships, I was very well attended, they arrived at the price I needed, they presented good rates and I left with my new car!
