Absolutely awful service, paid excessive amounts for Saturday delivery, never despatched and when I called they said their systems were offline. By the time they got hold of me it was too late to be delivered on the only convenient day. Customer helpline was useless did not even offer to refund the delivery charge, would not buy here again.

The monitor arrived at last 5 days late, after reminding them they refunded my delivery, yet only half of what I paid for. Furthermore the monitor I purchased turns off repeatedly for no apparent reason, beware of this company they are very dodgy don t let the cheap prices fool you. They are practically con artists!

A warning to all -simply do not buy from this company - We bought a Windows 10 laptop for business and after switching on and running windows update, it transpired that the 32gb hard disk was not big enough. It needed 8gb additional space in order to run windows 10 security updates. We hadn't even loaded any other software. The laptop is not fit for purpose and was mis-advertised as a Windows 10 laptop when it simply can't run this. Their reply was we were not covered for a return. This company has no morals and if we can leave zero stars, we would.

Bad company, dont deal with them unless you want endless problems

the first laptop sent to me was faulty and i was concerned that replacing it would cause problems however in the event, very quickly, within a week a replacement was dispatched and i am pleased to say i have had no more problems.

Quick delivery . A very fast laptop, reasonable weight and battery life. Am pleased I bought this one. Build is good but with the lid fully open it the laptop rocks (a minor quibble). So I am very satisfied with my purchase and the price and delivery from Laptops Direct.

I bought the HP 255m G7 Notebook PC. I am very happy with the overall experience. The laptop is good value for money. The setup was fairly easy. The camera was not working initially but I managed to fix this with patience and allowing time for the updates. I paid for next day delivery but there was one week delay. The friendly and professional customer service refunded me the next day delivery charge and kept me informed of the reviewed delivery date. I am very happy with the product and would recommend it.

Terrible customer service, terrible delivery system. Got 7 different people and they all only replied with automated and formated responses. Took them 1 month to agree with what I told them in 1 week: the courier "lost" the TV. A net waste of time.
