Technicians don't have a clue what are they doing. They called me that my device is fixed just to go there and realize that it's still the same not fixed ,so I pick it up and went to another one outside. Not recommended if you warranty expired.
I brought my camera to fix here. The staffs offer good service, and it is not crowdy.
Friendly but not efficient service. It took me about 45 minutes to wait for the staff filling in a form, in order to change my mobile's battery! I was not given a price for the work as the technician was not on site on Saturday. O received a call on Monday saying the cost would be about 2'000 THB (value of my phone is 4'000 THB) with a warranty of 3 months... 4 days later, still no news on wether it's repaired or not. First Sony, last Sony...
Very nice Service center. Ample Parking space. As it is in a very busy road in Bangkok filled with Office spaces, I recommend to go in the afternoon time.
Good services. This is the center where the Sony electrical products sent from Sony stores for repair.
Worst Experience. Visited for repair shutter problem but got no help.
The service was excellent! Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly : )
