And one star is a lot, but it has no bottom. They do not provide any technical support after the purchase, no matter what happens to the device. They try to blame you and refer you to the intermediary who made the purchase. At the call center they provide "technical support" they are rude and have no knowledge of the subject.
I don't buy anything again that bears that particular name.

Purchase Christmas TV 2016 model 9305 in four months burnt replacement panel with new in mid 2017. Ten days ago again, this time a horizontal line in the center of the TV out of warranty was burnt. There is a chance I can get a Sony TV again, probably not.

Non-existent service unacceptable practices towards the consumer. My experience is with a Sony TV within the warranty, which retains color inhomogeneity, especially in black. Both Sony Hellas and the store they have named Official Sony Service did not accept the problem despite unsubstantiated evidence. So after 1 year I continue and will continue to prevent acquaintances and friends from buying Sony TVs. You have to understand that 1 dissatisfied customer and in my case wronged in a provocative way, is equivalent to at least 1000+ customers who will not buy from you.
