Headphones can be tried. They have a good choice but I don't think they hold Onkyo. The website is informative enough to them. The staff are around, but they can do better

About the SONUS ART store can only say beautiful words. I bought a stereo amplifier in SONUS ART, it's all gone without any problems.

On several occasions, I visited the Sonus Art shop in Sarengrad where they always advised me kindly and professionally. The products purchased were a bargain and great value for money.
The newsletter and discounts can be great and the website is great too, with accurate and detailed product descriptions.
All in all, one of the few companies and stores of its kind for which I have only words of praise!

When buying AirZepelin, I received complete support and complete information from 2 staff that made my decision much easier. The products I find in the shop and web store are really high quality and most often affordable prices comparing to other sources, and I always find interesting novelties on offer.
The second time I visited a store, I came across a slightly more passive young-age retailer, but I attributed it to inexperience in the store, so I did not blame.

The new web shop is still one of the best web shops in Croatia. Expert staff and extremely friendly, I had one problem that people solved without asking anything. For each recommendation.

The best equipped audio space in Zagreb, the prices are too high, but it's not their fault. The grade is low because some bald guy was chasing me around the store with his eyes as if I were a homeless person who would steal something or lean on a speaker. I didn't feel comfortable.

Service staff, guys helped me in the selection, answered all questions .. Very pleased with the new AT-LP120 - supeeer value for money.

Trades and staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful.

A sophisticated selection of hi-fi audio (and video) manufacturers in a pleasant ambience where you can listen and watch and choose with an unobtrusive but professional help. I've bought everything here (B & W, Marantz, Denon, Boston ...) and it all serves me with great joy.

Purchase of headphones in the web shop is simple, the price is correct, the delivery is quick. They acted very fairly and professionally by giving me the number of the private owner's phone owned by their competing company, which had a cable that they did not have at the moment. All the best.

A very kind and helpful gentleman, he assured me that the turntable needle I needed did not exist and I would not find it anywhere. He offers me a replacement speaker kit for $ 300. 15 minutes later (in Zagreb in another store) I bought the original needle, which I needed, for 139 kn.
