I shopped twice at the web shop, everything went right. The product was sent quickly to my address. During one of my purchases I had a complaint about a product that was sent to me and without a problem it was replaced very quickly for a new one.

Special listening appointments are reserved in the demonstration room. Thus, the purchase of expensive hi-fi equipment is decided solely on the basis of its own criteria and ratings, not based on reviews read in magazines or on the Internet. Sonus Art is everything a serious high-end audio shop should be.

The most up-to-date, most beautiful sales space, there's nothing to add to that. The Internet promotion that keeps contact with the customer is, as well as personal in the sales space, flawless.

Only, I can not give the maximum rating because the shop no longer represents Focal, my first and the oldest speaker I bought as a student in Sonus Art in the old space :( But that's why Denon came to the offer!

I bought a marantz amplifier and a cd, shortly after buying the amplifier broke down. I was repaired professionally and in a short time, repaired in an authorized service with original parts and has been playing neatly until today ...

I can't give excellent just because Sonus Art is not in my city :)
Otherwise, the staff is for every commendable, communicative, interactive .... law.
I especially liked the Audio Technica brand I love! For ten days, I drive the green AT95E, a legendary budget speaker that you can also find at this place and refine your older turntable or be the first to choose a new turntable of the same brand that they also have in stock. Who wants and can do better are the better AT120 models or the famous AT440mla that I so badly want for my pet, as well as even better premium models. Thanks Sonus for being modern with a look at new technologies, he still thinks of timeless values and offers a great choice for vinyl lovers with Audio Technica!

I am extremely pleased with the car speakers I purchased at the SONUS ART store about a year ago. The merchants who answered my phone inquiries were very cultural and had an understanding of all my questions about the item I ordered. As I am far from Zagreb I only visit an online store and I have to praise the organization of the internet store. All of me very logically organized and transparent. I would also commend the weekly actions I regularly follow. Just keep going.

As everything that is valid is always discreet and unobtrusive, so it is here ....
A store whose splendor you see specialized offers only when you enter and which breaks the stereotypes that only expensive things are quality .... and vice versa, that quality is always expensive.
Here, even for refined tastes at very reasonable prices, you can find extremely high-quality examples of technology. I have bought here on several occasions (wireless headphones, speakers, cables ...)
What I would like to offer in addition to the technique offer would be the staff who know very well what they are selling.
There are no unknowns, no 'smarts' or inconveniences that a person would feel because of a scarce (pre) knowledge of what he wants to see or dare to ask.
They know how to explain all the possibilities, references and differences of the assortment in 'ordinary' and in a language understandable to the average audio / videophile.

In short - a large selection of quality equipment and professional staff ... For me, the first choice when it comes to shopping or advice.

PS - a few years ago I had the opportunity to experience for the first time the then innovation of technology - 3D image. Avatar was displayed in a special part of the store. Unrepeatable sense of image and sound .... but also a professionally and understandably explained difference between active and passive 3D that I didn't know existed at the time

I used to get hifi stereo cables and they turned out great, and I am still interested in audio equipment speakers and turntables, and since I am in the neighborhood, I hope that we will realize it as well. )

First and foremost. The best buy audio / video store in Zagreb. Secondly, I bought a mini portable speaker from Denon, an Envayu mini. Each kuna excellently invested plus a super service. The speaker itself is perfect and there is competition, of course .. but you don't even need to watch it because you won't go full. The sound is clear, simple and full at all volume levels. Already at 50% is enough to fill the room with the super music / genre you love. I am pleased. Sonus art just goes on ... I'll be back to you again. :)

Well-equipped shop, but it's a pity that I can't connect the desired system right away, even though everything is required in the auditorium, but announcements need to be made in advance.

This place! Where to start great offer, reasonable prices for high quality audio equipment. Staff that is really helpful and educated about the products they are selling, with great people skills. They make you feel welcome and don't look down on you because you are not an expert but just an audiophile. And they really have so much patience for all sorts of questions. My friend and I had so much fun testing all kinds of cool stuff. I like the interior and ambiance as well..it is relaxing and non intrusive. Add some kind of food and I could practically live there. :)
