This company is a joke they're so cheap because there's a 50% chance you delivery will end up at the wrong place and if you call customer support you can be sure you'll be waiting for at least 10 minutes and then you'll be lucky if you do not get disconnected whenever someone does pick up, oh and also no one there speaks English very well so good luck trying to explain anything to them.

this company is terrible. they say they are delivering to you and make you wait at home and do not show up. Do not use them. If you are a doctor you need to stay away from them as doctors should be help responsible if someone does not get their medication , and this company was referred by a doctor

I am a customer of ADP. ADP uses Sonic Courier Service to deliver my weekly payroll. Our payroll has been received late on several occasions, with no explanations. Envelope always smells strongly of cigarette smoke. I've requested ADP to cease their contract, as late deliveries in regards to payroll, are unacceptable!

They will hold your package hostage and they won't accept responsibility for doing do. Any third party delivery that occurs through this company will delay your shipment by at least a week. I pray for the poor soul that gets their precious time wasted by the people that deliver with this company. Avoid at all costs!

Rude staff and very unprofessional. I don't know why ADP started using them but every other week there is an issue regarding my payroll and their staff either has no clue what is going on or they are being extremely rude and nasty in regards TO PEOPLES PAYCHECKS.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They said they attempted delivery before buisness hours and refused delivery after unless I pay a redelivery fee and have it delivered when the buisness is closed the next day. HOWEVER, that was a LIE because the driver had not picked up our package from Tampa yet when I called on the phone for a delivery estimate. Also, there was actually someone at the buisness at the time it was supposedly attempted and recieved no delivery or even a missed delivery slip. The supervisor lied to me and was rude and was not helpful at all and hung up on me. We have had multiple issues with this delivery service. DO NOT use them, or you will be very disappointed every time. If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They were hired to deliver my paychecks which used to be delivered by UPS by 11am every Friday for years without a hitch. Then my payroll company hired this company and on the first delivery.. 1pm employees start coming in looking for their paycheck... which were not yet delivered. I called Sonic they told me they would be there in 1 hour that they had a new driver. Here I am at 5:30pm still waiting for my paychecks and angry employees in my lobby while I sit on the phone listening to Sonic's hold commercial and how much they care about customer service... HA! ABSOLUTE WORST COURIER!! DO NOT USE THEM!

Worst courier service ever. Glad the medication that I was supposed to have three days ago isn't life saving! Said they've tried to deliver it three times and finally got someone on the phone who told me the address was not valid...funny that I get mail there every single day! Also said they've called me twice but I have no missed calls on my phone and no messages.

UPDATE - Well, google reviews are helpful at times. The Sales Manager called me, apologized profusely and made sure I received the package. I now have my package. I stand by original post but appreciate Jeff's efforts to rectify the situation.

They tried to say I wasn't home for delivery. I work from home; so yes, I was home. No one knocked at the door. Their driver just didn't feel like making the delivery so they decided not to. I really wish Tavour wouldn't use this shipping company. I'll likely stop buying beer from them since they use Sonic Transportation for shipping.

Also, my apartment complex has Luxor package management and they could haven't delivered it there but they decided to simply keep on driving.

This is the worst company ever!!! They are never on time. They say they have delivered your package but nobody can find it. They could care less about you, your business or your package. Their drivers drive old beat up cars and they can't speak English. I don't want to give them one star but it's the only way to get this posted. I hope I never have anything delivered by them again. NEVER!!!

DO NOT use this company if you want your package actually delivered. Horrible customer service. Horrible supervisor. No accountability. I was told I'd get a call back. NOPE. I was then lied to by a customer service supervisor. REALLY?! I didn't want to even leave one star. They deserve zero stars.

Don't give this place your business! The "President" of this company, Shaan Bissessar just conned me out of $400 for a "new" AC unit with a bad compressor. So I paid $400 for a piece of trash in my yard. Don't trust this "man" or ANY business he is affiliated with!!! You will thank me!!!

The worst courier company probably in existence. First the package was not delivered the first day it was supposed to be and according to the drivers notes it was because no one was available to sign. This was at seven at night at a business which is open until 11 at night with multiple people to sign. I know that the driver clearly could not find the place nor did he care to due to a previous delivery from this company a driver said she looked for the place for fifteen minutes and i was lucky because and i quote "if it were any other of our drivers they would not have even bothered and just left so i need to put better details in the notes for the drivers" because obviously a address is not enough. After calling the next day i was assured the package would be delivered before five. I called a little after five because i was heading home for the day and the package was still not delivered and they had said that the driver ran into bad weather on a beautiful day in florida so is running a little late and assured he would be there in 30 minutes. an hour goes by and still nothing i call for a final time and this time they tell me that the driver had picked up alot of extra routes and is really far behind?? But just an hour ago i was informed he would be there in thirty minutes when this was brought up to the customer service people they said they dont know who spoke with who but hes not going to be there anytime soon. This is the worst delivery company that i have ever had the displeasing pleasure to come across, and i pray to the most high that i never have to deal with this horrible company again.

Not only has sonic falsely claimed to have delivered a "Signature Req." order that I purchased from another company while claiming "no signature" as proof of delivery on their website, I've been waiting now for over an hour at their Tampa CS phone # listening to what is their sarcastic joke in a continual recording that absurdly claims "we strive to keep your wait time to a minimum"! There's a level of gross incompetence I consistently encounter from Florida companies that is far worse than than other companies in any other state.

I have a package that keeps getting delayed and now won t make it until after Christmas. They offered to let me come get it on Christmas Eve but that s not an option for me. I m told the pallet that has the package just got there. The shipper says it s been there and was out for delivery yesterday. I have a vision of it being in someone s trunk. Being driven around.

EDIT: After getting in touch with the company that...

EDIT: After getting in touch with the company that we purchased from they got in touch with Sonic to get everything squared away. We arranged for the package to be delivered at an address where someone would be home during the day and gave the delivery driver our cell phone so he could text us ETA. I'm happy Sonic went above and beyond to make sure we got our package. I'm only giving 4 stars because the first impression was not that great and even though we were texted a delivery window the driver still delivered the package 2 hours after that window. (Good thing someone was still home.)

OLD POST: They only deliver in my area between 8am and 3pm and require a signature. Do you have a job? Yea, I do too. There is not an option for pickup from a service center. I tried to change my delivery address but that didn't work out. Absolutely terrible. I checked my tracking number today and the package shows undeliverable and is being sent back. Goodbye package and welcome 1 star. I wish I could give 0. Again, absolutely terrible delivery service.

This is the worst delivery service I have ever had...

This is the worst delivery service I have ever had to deal with. They give you a tracking number but it does no use on the website, you have to call between certain times to get a time frame of when the package might be delivered (never is any where close to what they say). If you miss them they dont leave anything to show they were even there. Customer service is horrendous and always give you an attitude. I'm assuming some people have to use their personal vehicles to make deliveries at times because the delivery prior to last was made by a lady in a trashed (inside and out) sedan with a small child in the backseat and the last delivery was also made in a small sedan. I would never recommend them even if they were the last delivery company around. They dont even deserve one star.
