Speaking as a guy who used to work there, this place is supremely disorganized. Very few employees who are accountable and management has profoundly questionable judgment. In past jobs, I've been lucky enough to have superiors who support me, but all the way up the Sonexus management chain, they routinely set up their employees to fail.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED IN THIER SERVICES. I have been dealing with them for over a week and they claimed to straighten everything out yet my grandfather is still without HIS CANCER MEDS. I have been hung up on, redirected, and told he would receive his meds. I have been nothing but polite but I ve had enough! YOUR HURTING MY GRANDFATHER. For those employees who helped me I m glad you don t have to go through what we are going through. SICK!
If you don't HAVE to use this pharmacy. Please don't. They are the worst. Their customer service is horrible. They tell you a different story every time you speak to someone. I would give them a minus star if I could.
Horrible!!! I was told they had my script and I would receive it in 4 days. I didn't receive it, so the next day I call to get a tracking number. I waited on hold for over an HOUR and then was told they didn't have a current script! Nobody called to notify me of this. I was told they just faxed my dr. office. Terrible customer service!!!
