The selection that this boutique has to offer is incredible. They stayed within my price point and found me the gown of my dreams. The owners line (Brooklyn Grace) was MY FAVORITE and the cause that it donates to (The Exodus Road: human trafficking prevention) is something that is very near and dear to my heart and really sealed the deal for me. Kristi and Shaileigh were wonderful and made my experience like no other. When I found my dress, it was above the price point I was looking for, but the owner was kind enough to make me an offer I couldn t possibly refuse. Shopping at Something New Boutique is like shopping with all of your best friends. The consultants are so fun and amazing at helping you find the perfect dress, which isn t exactly hard considering they have so many beautiful ones to choose from. You can literally feel the welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in and there isn t another store like it, definilty worth the trip!

I never thought I was going to be able to find my dream dress in the first round of dress shopping and Shawna and Kristi were ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN the BEST stylists I could have ever asked for! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! I went to Something New Boutique for my first bridal appointment. I had the best experience with my stylist Kristi. She made everything so easy and fun. I did find my dream dress during our session even though I was pretty skeptical at the beginning. I would recommend all new brides start their dress shopping at Something New. There were so many different styles and price points and Kristi did an amazing job keeping me and my crew right where I wanted to be.

AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The best service and the most beautiful dresses!

Not only did i find my dream dress but Kristi went above and beyond with her customer service! My mom has diabetes and her sugar dropped during my appointment. Kristi went to her purse and found a chocolate bar for my mom to eat which she totally did not have to do and it was so kind of her. Kristi also found the dress of my dreams on the low end of my budget and made sure everyone was mindful of my budget while choosing dresses. She wasn t pushing the most expensive things on me which was what i worried about before the appointment but she actually found me a great deal! There are so many good things to say about this place and Kristi. She is beyond amazing and the dresses here are so beautiful!

I found my wedding dress here today and it was the best experience I have ever had. Carrie was my stylist and she was absolutely the best ever. I would definitely recommend this place.

My daughter worked with Kristi to select a wedding dress. Kristi was very personable and did an outstanding job. My daughter ended up purchasing her dress at Something New. Not long after the dress was purchased, Kristi contacted my daughter letting her know that the designer had discontinued the dress. We were disappointed to learn this news, but Kristi and Mindi Linscombe (Owner) went above and beyond to accommodate us and provide options. We appreciate the extra effort put forward by Kristi and Mindi.

Brooke was a great help, and went the extra mile to help me find the dress that I loved! I defiantly recommend coming here for all your homecoming and dress needs!

Mindi was amazing my sister was really struggling with her choice in her wedding dress she thought she found the one at another store but was having second doubts. Mindi helped talk her through what her reservations were and helped her come to the conclusion that she actually had found her dress. Even though she did not purchase her wedding dress here I would highly recommend this place for any bride!

I had a very similar experience to one of the reviews below. I was referred to Something New Botique by my co-workers. At first I had a great experience - I went in and staff was friendly and very helpful and I found a beautiful dress. When I purchased the dress the sales lady told me that my alterations would be inexpensive due to the fact the dress fit so well. Months went by and I needed to have my dress cleaned due to siting so long in the closet. I went through Something New to make sure that it was cleaned properly and it ended up costing an additional $150 which was fine. I picked the dress up and took it to get my alterations from the lady Something New referred.

When I put the dress on, a loop was missing from the corset, the underpart of the dress was torn and there was a large stain on the train. The seamstress told me she would only charge me to fix the loop. I called Something new as soon as I left to let them know my dress was torn, missing a loop and had a stain. The lady was extremely rude and told me there was no way to prove it was their dry cleaners and they had never had an issues and asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I asked if I could speak with someone else so another lady called me back to suggest that perhaps I purchased the dress this way because it was a "runway dress" but that she would try to call the cleaners to see if they had notes on the damage. She said they would pay for the one loop being replaced but they wouldn't be willing to reimburse the cost of the cleaning or do anything else.

Also, back to the comment about the dress being inexpensive to get alterations - the first visit alone was $375.00 and there are still more to come. I still need the bustling. If they try to tell you this, don't believe them. I think it may have been a sales pitch and if you do use Something New to purchase a dress make sure you check the dress for any damage prior to purchasing.

Lengthy post coming your way! We had several amazing experiences with Something New Boutique, throughout our wedding planning process and I want the world to know about each one!
I am a Sales and Event Manager for the Picnic Basket Catering Collective and within this role I work often with venues/planners/entertainment, etc and this is how I was fortunate enough to meet Mindi Linscombe, the owner of Something New Boutique.
I was recently engaged and had not yet begun my wedding planning nor my dress shopping. She suggested I visit her boutique once I was ready. I was instantly drawn to her genuine enthusiasm for all things weddings, especially the wedding attire!
I eventually ended up booking two back-to-back dress appointments; one at a big- box store and one at Something New Boutique.
My experience at the first store is almost not worth mentioning. I will just say that we were rushed in, not a single dress fit, and I was asked to hurry up and change at the end of my two hour slot. Myself and all of my gals left angry, discouraged and confused. I was thankful, however, that I had another appointment that afternoon, and was hopeful that it would be the experience I imagined it to be.
The moment we walked into Something New (there was 9 of us LOL), I knew this was the real deal! We were greeted with enthusiasm and laughter! We had our own private suite that accommodated all 9 of us! The stylist came in, sat down, and truly got to know me and my perfect wedding dress vision. It was an instant boost in confidence. Three dresses later and a ton of screaming, I had found my dress! Everyone was crying. It was absolutely exhilarating!
I decided, at that time, all my bridesmaid's would purchase their dresses there too. We booked the dressing room suite (that included a charcuterie and champagne!) and again, we were treated like royalty! I couldn't have asked for a better experience thus far. I was so impressed!
Fast forward to two days before the wedding... my groom had opted to use another big-box store for his suits. We made all the necessary appointments, fittings, etc. When he went to pick up the suits, they were all wrong/didn't fit/missing items. They told us they didn't know if we could get the correct items in before the wedding and that we wouldn't know until the morning of the wedding. I instantly called Mindi. Within 30 minutes I had 4 suits lined up and ready to be overnighted, should we need them. Thankfully the original store was able to accommodate but knowing that we had that backup was all the comfort I needed to ease any panic.
This company is truly amazing! I can not say enough great things about the quality of service, the dress selections (sooo many), the team and Mindi and Jordan! I am so thankful that Mindi and I crossed paths that day! She and the Something New team were a huge factor in making our big day perfect! They will be my forever go-to for all things formal! Thank you SNB!

After visiting 3 other stores, I was relieved to find my wedding dress at Something New Boutique! They supply many different options and styles and ones you likely won't find at other stores. The stylist I worked with was incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and kind. This place is cute and has potential but honestly they made me stressed out for my wedding. When I went to find a dress they kept putting me in the same thing, the shop was way to packed, among other things that went wrong. The manager gave me a vail to try and make it up to me which I greatly appreciate but then the tuxes happened. We went in there to try tuxes on it was a complete mess from day one. None of the tuxes fit, they didn't ship things out until the week before the wedding and 5 of our 7 groomsmen live out of state. They got addresses wrong, I had to call several times to get several things fix. The bubbly personality really worked my nerves. Telling the bride "everything will be fine" over and over again doesn't make all your mess ups ok. I'm reviewing the tux shop as well but apparently this has happened several times before with other orders but they still use this horrible company... Not sure why. They were the best price in town but honestly if another store would have made things more simple I would have paid twice as much. I say for a dress you might be able to find something but for tuxes be ready for the stress cause even though I gave them everything on the online portal and told them several times they still managed to mess most everything up. None of the tuxes fit correctly and it made it a total mess. Best of luck to you if you chose this place.

This is a nice shop but no customer service. If you find one you like they try and cram just that one down your throat. I kept asking to try on other dresses but they were not accommodating....it is a beautiful shop and I'm sure they have many options and I'm sure they work for other brides and bridesmaids. We came from out of town and we had to do 2 visits and both times were disappointing

This boutique was my favorite. Everything was gorgeous inside: the space, the dresses, and the staff. It was my first time trying on dresses and I was a little overwhelmed. My family came with me, but they have a very different style then I do. So obviously I was nervous. A huge shout out to Madeline! She totally understood and helped me find my "style" while keeping my family in the same direction. She was so kind and I don't think I could've made it through it without her expertise. She took details about my life (which I thought initially unimportant) and turned it into a dress that made me feel like a princess. You're a gem Madeline!

Something New was the 4th bridal shop I went to, and they were by far the best. I had the privilege of working with the owner herself, but the entire staff was very welcoming, helpful, and nice. They took the time to get to know about me, my wedding, my style, etc before assisting me in finding the perfect dress. I loved that they initially gave my bridesmaids and I some time to look around on our own, so that we did not feel pressured to pick any certain dress. However, I will say that Mindi and her staff are very good at making suggestions as well! I ended up finding my perfect dress, and though no pictures are allowed of the dresses, I was able to facetime with my mom, who unfortunately could not be there. This meant the world to me, and I know that my mom was very grateful to be a part of the experience as well. Furthermore, out of all of the shops I went to, Something New has the best selection of styles and prices of dresses. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy a dress!

I absolutely love the staff here and all the dresses are gorgeous! After buying two dresses online I felt extremely discouraged so I booked an appointment here and they didn t disappoint! I love Kristi and her bubbly personality, she got the details of what I was looking for in a wedding dress and was able to find the perfect one for me. I thought I was going to try on 20 different dresses and end up not finding one but I only tried on 4 beautiful dresses and I chose the last one. I truly had the best experience.
