After getting in Contact wil Mel our business changed dramatically, we had tried direct with the couriers, problem after problem it was too much, the time we had to invest in organising our logistics was becoming detrimental. Thanks to Mel and InXpress our freight for our online ecommerce business did a complete 180, we were using Startrack prior to InXpress but had a lot of issues with communication and lost items. Since we have been with InXpress i can say that we have seen a reduction in 95% of issues with that 5% being user error on customer error. Not to mention the pricing is so much better than our old account pricing with the couriers, fast, easy, effectibe, great communication and the most friendly helpful team. Logistics can be time cocnsuming and frustrating but these guys took away those frustrations for us and we are very grateful :)

We've used (and continue to use) InXpress Sutherland over the last three years. Rob Dash is great to deal with and he really knows his stuff, making it easy to get goods shipped all over the world. I can't recommend him and InXpress enough.
I was contacted by InExpress by Eugine. He came to my small business and asked me what my needs were. He was very upfront and honest and straight away told me for most of my shipping they wouldn't be suitable as I send mainly light parcels Australia Post does a better deal on. However, they did solve a problem for me in two ways. They opened up the ability to use couriers I didn't have the volume to use or create an account with. They made it possible for me to ship dangerous goods where no other company I have tried had. I am only a casual user but have used them on many occasions both domestic and international pickups and deliveries and have never had a problem. Whenever I need a quote I can either use their easy online tools or talk to my rep. I don't have to deal with multiple people and explain my situation every time. I have used similar companies before and would never go back.

The consultant is great. The shipping companies and prices are average. I run my business from my home and NOW TNT will charge me an extra $5.50 for a pickup and $5.50 for a drop-off to a residential premises. My house is in the middle of town (country town), there is a 3m wide driveway and it is easy to park, unlike the main street (Summer). I think we need to negotiate better with the shippers. More and more people are working from home and I think this discrimination is not fair. PLUS - because of the extra charges, I used StarTrack instead of TNT. I did the booking as normal - pick up from a business (residential) in Mona Vale (Sydney) to me Orange. I booked for pick up on Wednesday and it arrived here following Tuesday. TNT do it in a day. StarTrack is not good.
Exceptionally prompt and SO easy to deal with! Also, the online booking is the most user friendly site that i have ever used (and I have used quite a few in the past)
Eugene and his team, Debbie and the others too understand the machinations and problems faced by small - and medium - business, and really step up to the plate when required. My business was under the pump when AusPost started to inflict strict dimension restrictions and, most fortuitously, Eugene came by my store Guitars Plus, in person representing InXpress. I must confess to being quite cynical at first but having used this five star business for about 18 months now, I could not be happier. Highly recommend.

The system is easy to use, and it's great that you can compare all the carriers for the route in. Also epic that you can add insurance coverage to providers whom usually wouldn't themselves.

I wish I could say good things about InXpress but my recent experience made me feel like they give absolute no care to customers and will go out of their way not to help you at all. Long and the short of it, they organised a one off shipment for me. I didn't need to setup an account as I do not need to do shipping in my business so they elected to just use their own InXpress account with Startrack. They should of just said we don't do one offs and then I wouldn't have to write this review. I was not offered insurance and guess what, the shipment was lost by Startrack. Fast forward 4.5 weeks and they gave no care. InXpress said they were ringing their account manager at Startrack and saying its all they could do, I rang Startrack almost everyday chasing up my items and the information was completely different then what I was being told by InXpress. InXpress said the investigation was still under investigation with Startrack when I know for certain the Investigation was completed 2 days earlier and Startrack gave me 3 options to get my money back for the lost goods. They did not want to take any of those options, threw it in the too hard basket for them.
One of the process was to take a disclaimer certificate to say the goods have gone missing with Startrack to their account manager which they never did because they didn't receive the certificate. I had to do all the ringing around and they didn't care nor take priority of the issue. They say they would call me back on numerous occasions and never did. The final straw was in an email to me which said the exact wording:
"Inxpress have exhausted all avenues with Startrack for recovery of your goods including reimbursement in line with the following:
clause 11.3 Unless you have elected that our Transit Warranty is to apply to a consignment, we do not provide a warranty against loss or damage to goods during carriage and while the Goods are in our possession.
As you are aware, you chose not to open an account with InXpress with this consignment booked via our cost account.
The only avenue now left to you is to access your business insurance to cover the loss of your goods."
So I had to take it on myself to ring Startrack again, finally spoke to somebody who cared and 40 minutes later had found my items. Finally delivered 5 weeks after pickup.
I would be careful of your accounts with InXpress and can not recommend them to look after you if something goes wrong. It definitely has opened my eyes.
Working with Carly makes using InXpress easy and efficient. The online booking system is great to use and provides multiple carrier options to choose from. Any problems are sorted out promptly and special shipping arrangements for odd size and shape items get handled personally. I only have satisfied customers. Great service.
I can highly recommend Donna Richardson & Inxpress having used many other freight options directly with carriers in the past.. They have substantively reduced our operating expenses and the personalised account manager support has been outstanding.

The team was very adept at handling the issues that arose despite them being out of scope I reckon, i.e. Philippine customs and DHL depot delays. We were provided with constant updates for 3 weeks until the shipment was received by the recipient.

We have been using Inexpress for the past 3 years now and they have always been very helpful! Whenever there are issues, they are prompt & quick to react. We have been contacted by other courier companies trying to get our business but we have politely turned them down, as we had no reason to switch over.
